Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

You can walk 2 house down Mar de la Traquilida and La Curvita del Bajo and enjoy music . They both serve excellent drinks and delicious food.

Children's play area, showers, bathrooms, gazebos, volleyball, swimming or sunbathing area on the beach. In all these areas you can walk it will only take minutes. You will be 1:30 from SJU and 1:00 from the PSE.
