We had an unexpectedly perfect stay at Clive’s place — and I say “unexpectedly” only because our original hotel booking was cancelled just one day before arrival (yes, panic mode was activated). Enter Clive: the hero we didn’t know we needed! Not only did he save our trip, but he welcomed us with open arms way earlier than any reasonable check-in time — no questions asked. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and so well-located it felt like Baku was giving us a private tour. Clive gave us a fantastic walk-through of the place and shared golden tips on where to eat, shop, and explore. Basically, if Baku had a welcome committee, Clive would be president. Sadly, my phone decided to go on its own vacation (RIP), so I’m only now writing this review post-return — but better late than never, especially when it’s about such a top-tier host. Highly recommend staying here — unless you hate convenience, cleanliness, and kindness.

Aykhan is an outstanding host! Always ready to help, friendly and responsive. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The apartment is cozy , well-maintained and has everything for a long stay. The location is perfect for those who value privacy, security and peace. Several grocery stores are nearby. Getting to the city center takes about 15-20 minutes by taxi, depends on traffic. If you enjoy long walks, its about 50 minutes stroll. I highly recommend Aykhan’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

Absolutely adored the studio and Samir was helpful and responsive throughout. It was quaint and cozy with a gorgeous view from the balcony. It's within walking distance from most of the tourist spots and it's surrounded by some of the best cafes and restaurants.

A wonderful place! Really a gem in Baku. Check-in was easy and I really appreciated the flexibility on my arrival time, the apartment was clean and tidy and had all the amenities I needed and more. It was such a lovely touch to have fresh fruit and tea for me on arrival, and it has beautiful views of the city. The apartment is comfortable and the design is fantastic. Highly recommend!

The apartment is presented in excellent decorative order. Niko is extremely professional and proactive in his response. Everything in apartment is 5 star standards. He provides all towels, duvets, shampoo and all cutlery. He himself is very friendly and professional host. Nothing is much trouble for him. I highly recommend this apartment and Niko as a host. Once again thanks for making my stay so comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was absolutely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made everything so seamless. The location couldn’t have been better—completely walkable and close to the beautiful old town, making it super convenient to explore. The neighborhood itself was lovely, with plenty of charming streets, cafes, and shops nearby. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

From the moment of booking, Sanan was helpful, friendly and always quick to offer assistance and answer questions. He met us promptly and the apartment was wonderful. A great location, walkable to local sights and attractions such as the corniche and old city. The apartment was comfortable with excellent wifi and all the amenities you need. The local supermarket was excellent and well priced. Parking was a little chaotic but Sanan had warned us of this and we actually had no problems getting a space after trips out. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Baku. A great Christmas week exploring and relaxing. Sanan is a top host.

That was a great stay! Deniz is absolutely wonderful! She helped us a lot, answered all our questions, let us stay till the end of the day whereas check out is at 12 AM. She even made several calls in Baku to car rental companies to help us. That was very helpful and kind of her. The check in was smooth and friendly. Deniz explained everything and provided us with a list of recommendations with cafés and restaurants which we used a lot. We liked the apartment! It has its ambience, character, history. And it is enormous, huge! Very spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The ceilings are so high, we thought it's like 7 meters )) However, the description says 4,6 m. They are amazing. The mattress is very comfy. I admired vintage windows shutters! And towels' smell. And bed linen. The area is super central and fantastically beautiful! Everything is so close. The only thing to note is noise from the streets. Deniz kindly let us know about it before the booking was done but we didn't know that people on cars like to listen music so loudly. Light sleepers (like me) better to take earplugs. I had no problems with sleep ) So in general is was great! Highly recommended!

The apartment I stayed in was a great place. I had great time in Baku partly due to this centrally located place which has everything in walkable distance. The host is also a nice person who is always responsive and accommodated greatly with my check out. I definitely recommend it.
