Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Baku

I recently had an exceptional stay at Khayyam's place. He was incredibly helpful, ensuring every aspect of my visit was comfortable and seamless. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease due to his warm hospitality and clear communication. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra pillows and blankets, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, offering quick access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Khayyam's dedication to making the stay memorable was outstanding; he was always available to answer questions and assist with any needs that arose. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming home away from home.

the place is much bigger than it looks and has windows to every direction. You can see the sea, the flagpost, the Flaming Towers and beautiful InterContinental hotel just from your apartament. I recommend it to everyone. last but not least - he host was friendly and responsive. He even brought bottled water when I mentioned that I am out.

I really liked it! The apartment is comfortable and clean, it has everything you need. The location was very pleasant - 3 minute walk to the shopping street, where there are a bunch of cafes and restaurants. There are lots of greenery, fountains, beautiful buildings in the area. 15 minutes to the sea and promenade. Thanks for the hospitality

Great place near lots of restaurant and central tourists street

It was a wonderful apartment in every sense of the word. I found all my needs there, as if I were in my home. The location was very special. Unfortunately, I tried to extend the reservation in the apartment, but it was booked before me. I searched for an apartment with the same features, but I did not find one. Brother Abdullah, the owner of the apartment, was friendly, polite, and had great morals. He helped me when I needed anything. Thank you, my brother Abdullah, for everything you did for me

My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.
