The place is located in the heart of the city, walking distance to all the major attractions. During our stay Fariz was super helpful and always responsive, he even arranged day tours for us. The place itself is squeaky clean and well maintained. Had a great stay will surely recommend.

Hatem is a wonderful host! Resolving and understanding. You can easily reach them. She took extra care when I told her I was coming with my baby. The house is centrally located to most places. The places to visit in Baku are already scattered in the city, not in one spot. If you like walking, you can walk, use public transport, or use the local taxi apps. The house itself also had enough facilities to stay with the baby. Thank you, I would definitely recommend it!

Orxan was very helpful and responsive. He arranged his friend to pick us up from the airport at 5:30 in the morning, who took us to the apartment and showed all details. Later this friend Camal offered himself as a tour driver and we spent 2 long days by visiting several intersting places south and north of Baku. All at a reasonable cost.

The location is very special, very close to everything the center, the sea, restaurants and shopping . The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is an old elevator and it works well. The entrance to the apartment is old, but the apartment is clean and fully renovated.

Cozy and comfortable apartment for a family

The property was everything we wanted.. it is spacious, clean, had cooking utensils that got us by daily, in good proximity to town centre and more importantly had a groceries store at the front, where we could easily source for food items. The host is very responsive and made our check in seamless. There was no waiting around. I will be staying here if I visit Baku again

Rashad is a good guy who makes sure his guests are comfortable. He answers questions very quickly and goes out of his way to help guests in Baku. There’s a pharmacy right outside the building and a supermarket just down the road a bit, which is convenient for travelers.
