It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

Ms. Fidan was a very helpful, very understanding, very polite hostess. Both our arrival flight time and return flight time were at night. At 6:00 in the morning, he fell on the roads to give us the key to the house. Thankfully, she helped us with early check-in. Since the car parking is full, he accompanied him with his own car up to the alternate parking spot and guided him. It was very easy to get in and out of the house and transportation. The house was quite spacious and convenient. We had some minor mishaps, but I don't think there's anything to repeat. When I mentioned it to Ms. Fidan, she was also surprised and repeatedly apologized. But I didn't mind because I thought it was an instant problem. Also, she didn't mind our checkout time because it was night on our return flight, she understood that we vacated the house quite late at night. The house was centrally located. Since we provided transportation by car, I can't comment in terms of public transportation, but it was very convenient and easy to reach by car. It was definitely a house and a host that I could recommend. Thank you.

Elmin's house was very suitable for us, it met our expectations; it has hot water, clean, tidy and unobtrusive decoration… The rooms were quite large, had 2 balconies. What was written in the descriptions was correct, it had 2 separate bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. The kitchen was also useful. There were dishes, glasses, etc., but you can add a little more kitchen items, a coffee maker, a toaster, a wine glass, etc. The location was quite close to the center, we already reached everywhere in a short time with the taxi application. There was also a small market right outside the building, we used it often. Our host was also very friendly and helpful. She always responded to our questions and provided easy access to the house. The space is sweet once but missing air conditioning in the rooms and keys to the rooms or a sweet and private villa and please take care of the water sprays, sprinkles and its problems with the internet network is weak in the area and is missing a clothing poster and away from a regular street 20minutes and inside the garden house as a few times or by safety The dorm is very beautiful and the landlord and their mother is excellent once and his reception is beautiful and his sweet style once and his sweet style is once

Good place to stay near to Nizami street

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋

The house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 5 total beds with extra bed for babies. The place was very clean and I really liked the park in front of the house. The host was very nice person and her English is very good. We felt very welcomed and we felt like home.

The apartment I stayed in was a great place. I had great time in Baku partly due to this centrally located place which has everything in walkable distance. The host is also a nice person who is always responsive and accommodated greatly with my check out. I definitely recommend it.

Safura is one the best hosts out there. She was very kind and helpful. She was ready to assist in any case, wheter it is via messages or coming to the house. She was always right there when you needed. There was a bunch of stuff which was provided by her. Sweets, nuts, fruits, and so on. There were different types of shampoos and body gel too. But general cleanliness of the house could be better. Overall, it was a nice experience.
