Holiday rentals with a pool in Balamban

A clean and tidy accommodation. It is located close to the downtown area. There is a 24-hour water vending machine on the first floor of the accommodation, and there is also a small mart, making it convenient to purchase daily necessities. The friendly and kind host👍👍 provides quick responses.

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

It was a great place, so whenever your going to Simala and other places going south of cebu. this place is a great place to stay. I love the community, the townhouse is very cozy and homey.

Mayka was very responsive of my inquiries and requests. Her responses were quick. I had stayed at one oasis several times in the past when I visited Cebu. I liked the Security provided by condo complex.

Axel’s place was everything we were hoping for. Very nice quiet location away from the noise of the city. The pool was great, the kids really enjoyed it and couldn’t wait to go back to swim. The backyard was a great place for the family to bond while watching the kids enjoy the pool. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking & entertainment. Beds were super comfortable. Axel was very kind and responsive to all our text and phone calls. FIVE STARS !!!

The place was great. We had a smooth check in and check out process. Room was clean and fragrant when we came in. We had a relaxing staycation. We enjoyed the experience and will definitely book again soon. Highly recommend 🫶

LOCATION: It is near the IT Park which is very accessible to many shops. CHECKIN: Hassle-free. You just need to show ID to the guard for processing and you’re good to go. PLACE: Very clean and a nice home to stay. The key provided is very handy which is good. HOST: Very responsive and is willing to cater to your requests if possible.

Fely is easy to talk to, and she is helpful. She will offer whatever is necessary to help resolve any issue you have within reason. It would be nice if every host was like her. The condo was clean upon my arrival, and the neighbors are quiet. The people living at Tivoli are kind, and the guards were very friendly. It is helpful having laundry, a market, 7-11, and pharmacy right around the corner! Everything you need is a short walk, or ride away. If I am in the area again, I would happily stay here again.

I like the place because it feels homey. It’s also close to the school where I took my exam and near several restaurants. The area is very safe and quiet.

Uncomplicated, great value for money, although there was a lot of hustle and bustle you could sleep without any problems

First of all the unit is very clean and very comfortable. The location is clean and has a lot of activities for adults and kids. And most importantly the hosts are very responsive, helpful and very accommodating.
