The apartment has its own indoor parking space, and guests staying at the residential complex can also use the outdoor swimming pool and wellness area. We warmly welcome our guests, who wish to enjoy a relaxing break on Lake Balaton in a peaceful, high-quality environment.

A nyaraló légkondicionált, nem dohányzó, 1 hálószoba (ágynemű,törölköző, Wifi,TV) egy teljesen felszerelt konyharész (1 db elektromos főzőlap, mikrohullámú sütő,hűtőszekrény,kenyérpirító)és 1 fürdőszoba/WC található benne. Vendégeink pihenhetnek a tetőteraszon vagy lazíthatnak akár a közös, kültéri medence partján lévő napozóágyakban. Az apartmanhoz tartozik továbbá 1 privát parkoló, és 2 db kerékpár.

On the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the picturesque Lovas, our guests can relax in a village environment in a Provence-style, 19th century stone house, its garden and pool. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

Sports lovers will enjoy beach volleyball at the end of the garden, and a garden barbecue will provide a pleasant evening atmosphere. Nearby is Balatonfüred, the capital of the northern shore. Our guesthouse is a great choice for families and friends.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the living room has a pull-out sofa to relax. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Pets are NOT allowed. The owners are located on the property.

It is right in the middle of the settlement jast few steps away from the grocery store and a fine restaurant which are open all throughout year. In the courtyard there is a small pool that can be very refreshing on hot summer days. The nearest beach is in Balatonudvari only 10 minutes driving distance.
