A duplex separated by a concrete wall, so noise is not a problem. No shared spaces! 2 bed/1 bath You have a private driveway & entrance, a private huge fenced in backyard that only you will use in Perdido Key area of Pensacola with less traffic. Big Lagoon park is in walking distance. The Beach is 5 min away. Gulf Shores, & Pensacola is a 30 min drive. Walmart 10 min drive. We accept most pets message the breed & weight for pet fee amount. Must pick up after them. No smoking/vaping inside.

A dog is allowed as long as it’s well behaved, potty trained and smaller in size. We are one block from Fish River so boats, fishing poles, kayaks and bikes are great for the area. Close to downtown Fairhope. Short drive to the beaches.
