Holiday rentals with a kayak in Balkan Mountains

Our Villa was excellent. Andrei, our host built it himself. It is a "smart" modern home linked by an i-pad. Very well designed. Everything inside was perfect. Likewise outside which including a lovely wood BBQ. It is in a very peaceful area of natural beauty. Andrei was the perfect host. There if needed, making helpful suggestions and even invited us to join his family for Easter Sunday lunch. For walkers this is paradise. For people wanting a peaceful retreat it is excellent. It is not a place to use as a centre to drive to places every day because it is literally at the end of a road. That was what I wanted. It was Easter weekend when we visited so local amenities were not open-only one limited shop. My strong recommendation is to take your own food and drinks and eat outside in the peace and quiet listening to the birds. Our Easter BBQ was the highlight. Wrapped in nature. A perfect villa in perfect peace and countryside.

A beautiful villa with a big green garden and a nice and relaxing view of the sea . Depending on what you want to do , like relax on the beach , have a bike ride , get out on the sea with the canoe , or if is cold outside have a sauna time ,this place has it all . The host is very friendly and helpful . Will definitely come back !

I am so happy with the whole experience! The place is clean, the location is great, and the view of the fortress is beautiful. Restaurants are close, easily walkable. The host was friendly, greeted us, explained everything, and was there for everything we needed. I'm very satisfied, warm recommendation!

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

Absolutely fantastic! If you are looking to spend some days in nature paradise away from the noise this is the place to be. Stunning nature with all the comfort you could wish for. John is a great host! Will be back for sure

The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are cool and airy, perfect to withstand the summer heat. Showers have good pressure and the kitchen was spotless. Garden is lovely and well kept. The area is great for a tranquil stay in September. The house is close to the beach and to the village centre with shops. Very quiet and no noise other than nature! Viktor is a great host. 5 stars. He was very attentive, responsive and showed us great hospitality. Communication was easy and flexible with check in and out. Highly recommend this place.
