Jasmine Studio is a 1st floor studio room of our family guest house. It has an independent entrance (shared with one other guest room) up one flight of stairs from the garden and pool. We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade. The whole island can be accessed with local bus links or a hire car to explore the northern beaches and cliff walks. You'll enjoy your stay in Malta, summer or winter!

Balluta Buildings 2 BED St Julian’s seafront

Step into history at Balluta Buildings, a rare and elegant 2-bedroom apartment located in a Grade 1 listed Art Nouveau building overlooking the sparkling waters of Balluta Bay. Designed by renowned Maltese architect Giuseppe Psaila in the 1928 for the Marquis John Scicluna, this architectural gem is one of the last surviving examples of its kind on the island. Please note that there is some ongoing refurbishment work being done on the property.
