The house is in a quiet cul de sac so is perfect for a peaceful holiday for both groups of adults and families with young children alike. Double room with ensuite on the ground floor. Upstairs a large double room, a twin room plus a family bathroom with bath.There’s a small laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Its unique very remote location is a perfect spot to watch the clouds pass overhead & the sheep “baa” in the field.

The Brambles is a lovely quiet estate within the town and only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach. There is a tennis court on site which is free to use and tennis rackets are available for guests. The local leisure centre is only 100 metres away and has a pool, gym and sauna. The house is ideal for families with children as it is away from traffic with lots of space to play outdoors. Ballybunnion golf course is only 2.5km away.
