Very comfortable & private guest-house on the hill
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. All the amenities to relax and easy access to city. Bus stop 2 minutes walk away. Excellent cafes within 5 minutes walk. The guest house is at the back of our house on a hill so there is a bit of a walk up to it, see photos. Total of 28 steps. Worth the walk though! The 55" TV has all the latest apps installed and chromecast. You just need your login details to access. Or, you can watch any of the TV channels.

It has everything you need from a short stay to a long term stay, whether you work, study or just leisure travel. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Hamilton! Disclaimer: there will be some noise coming from upstairs through the wooden ceiling: in the morning between 6:30-8:30am and afternoon evening 3-9:30pm.
