Possui dois quartos com ar condicionado, sendo um quarto suíte com cama de casal + cama de solteiro. Além disso possui sofá cama na sala que acomoda mais dois hóspedes. Fica localizado na quadra mar, há 100m da avenida beira-mar e dos principais bares e restaurantes. Possui estacionamento em anexo incluso com duas vagas.

Relaxe com toda a família nesta acomodação tranquila, próxima do centro de Gaivotas. Possui dois quartos com cama de casal, e possui uma cama de casal numa peça reserva com banheiro. Localizada a 400m do mar. A casa possui garagem coberta, ar condicionado na cozinha e um dos quartos, no outro quarto possui ventilador de teto, tem dois banheiros, chuveiro externo. São duas casas no mesmo terreno, porém com espaços privativos e entradas individuais, sendo essa residência, nos fundos.

We offer accommodation in a very well-designed and equipped cabin that features a full kitchen, heater and whirlpool bath next to the bedroom, located on the mezzanine, as well as a charming outdoor area with a fire pit and grill. All the environments of the Refuge offer an incredible view of the northern coast of Rio Grande do Sul.

Our unit features a hot tub, smart TV with all open channels, queen bed, the entire cabin with gas heating, hot and cold air-conditioning, a balcony overlooking the river, an outdoor fire pit, a hammock area and an aerial deck in the midst of nature. The entire cabin was planned with care and comfort for our guests, in addition to the wonderful view of the Canyons and the Serra.

Country house

Take a break to relax in this country house with a pool overlooking the lagoon and located just a few kilometers from Balneário Gaivota beach. The house has access to the lagoon, which is suitable for sports such as canoeing, fishing, jetskiing, or just relaxing in contact with the water. The house has two bathrooms, one internal and one external.

The chalet has a spectacular view of the Malacara Canyons, Crowned Indians and Molha Coco, and we are 4 km from the city center with a fully paved route. Note: steep stairs, not recommended for people with mobility issues.
