The house has been recently renovated and is located 1 block from the sea and the center, next to a great bakery. The patio is super spacious and surrounded by some trees that provide great shade. The house has 3 bedrooms, the first has a house bed, the second a double bed and a bunk bed, and the third a double bed. The living room and kitchen are integrated, the kitchen has all the kitchen utensils such as pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery... It also has a bathroom and a barbecue area.

Spacious and super comfortable house on the sea block, in Praia do Magistério (Balneário Pinhal), very close to the beach. It has a large patio, on a fully fenced plot with a swimming pool and pine trees that make delicious shadows. The house offers Wi-Fi and a kitchen equipped with appliances and a barbecue grill. Next to the kitchen is the living room, where there is a TV with some channels. All bedrooms have fans. Remember: the voltage is 220v and we do not offer towels or bedding.
