Östra Vram is quiet, beautiful and peaceful at a convenient distance from the new E22. You can quickly reach the Öresund region; Malmö (80 km) and Copenhagen (110 km). Skåne offers a lot of activities, culture, farm shops, flea markets and not least, good food.

The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, just relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cabin is located all by itself on a headland. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed. Electricity is available and all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, stove and contemporary decor. No running water, but water is available in a can. Drain is in the kitchen. There is a chemical toilet but no shower.

In the area around the farm there are nice trails and gravel roads for walking, running or cycling. 2 km from the farm is a beautiful swimming lake in the middle of the forest. 10 km away is the village of Kyrkhult with local grocery store and swimming lake 20 km away is Olofström with good shopping opportunities, a large playground, swimming pool and magnificent natural areas for hiking and canoeing.

Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

The house is secluded with beautiful views and is suitable for both the small family and the accompanying older generation.
