Newly built bathroom with a shower and toilet. High chair available, play-friendly garden. Possibility to rent bed linen/towels and two bicycles. Clean yourself or pay for final cleaning.

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

The cottage has a small patio and private parking. Close to fantastic nature and the sea. Canoe is available to borrow for those who wish.

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Welcome to our charming house with a little garden. The house is in a quiet residential area near the city center. It´s fully equipped and have a lovely living room to relax in. Suitable for both families/couples/singels. The busstop - 1 min walk, supermarket 4 min walk. Kristianstad college/university 2 min. There is a parking place to the house. During winter months in Sweden it is 22 degrees in the house.

Ett gästhus byggt 2020 bara 250m från den underbara stranden. De 32m² är klokt planerade och rymmer två sovrum, kök med diskmaskin och badrum med tvättmaskin. Morgon- och förmiddagssolen lyser upp trädäcket på 35m². Vänligen notera att vi under nedanstående perioder 2026 endast tar emot bokningar på hela veckor med in- och utcheckning på söndagar: 21:a juni - 5:e juli 19:e juli - 23:e augusti

Cozy cottage (build 2022) in a lovely quiet environment in Kristianstad surrounded by forest, fields and nature. In 2024, a patio was built with a lovely view. 2026 we have upgrade the kitchen with a dishwasher and more storage Our target is to have a clean and tidy cabin.

The forge is newly renovated and is very scenic with amazing views of wetlands and fields. The accommodation is of a very high standard with a brand new kitchen and two new bathrooms. The tranquility and the view are a balm for the soul.
