Fantastic little house in the middle of the Skåne wilderness in Örsnäs by Lake Immeln. Secluded location with a lakeside plot and a private jetty. Completely renovated in 2025. 4 bedrooms, 6 beds in total. There are also two sofa beds as extra beds in the single rooms. Balcony in the master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Fireplace. Outdoor area with barbecue and cosy fireplace. Wood-fired hot tub where you can bathe with a view of the lake. A rowing boat and a canoe, including life jackets, are included. Kayaks are available for rent for an additional fee. Electric car chargers are available for a fee.

Cabin with its own dock

Accommodation on the shore of Skåne's largest lake, Ivösjön. The open living room, together with the terrace, offers fantastic views. The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker and oven. The cottage has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with room for two people. On the terrace facing west towards the lake, there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Possibility to rent a rowboat with motor 20 euros/day and kayak 20 euros/day. Possibility of fishing, with a fishing license. No smoking and no pets allowed.

The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

There are no musts here, just peace. The house is not suitable for small children. Children must be at least 9 years of age.

Jaktupplevelse diskuteras separat baserat på behov, möjlighet till fyrhjuling för transport finns eventuellt vid behov. En damm finns intill för bad eller finns också sjöar runt i kring ca 6 minuter med bil.
