The mezzanine bedroom boasts a kingsize sleigh bed , overlooking a cosy sitting room with a wood-burning stove for warming your hands and feet after a walk on the beach or a dip in the sea. It is an ocean front property directly on the sea, looking at the Bere Island Lighthouse, very quite and private within walking distance to Castletownbere. It has a private automatic gate and the property has a slipway to the sea. Beautiful area to go canoeing. Seals can be seen from time to time. You can watch the Castletownbere fishing boat going out to sea.

There is a back yard . There is a good internet service within the house. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to self cater. It is a five minute walk to the main street, sea walk and public transport services.

Es eignet sich für Natur-Liebhaber, Ruhe und Entspannung und hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick Es kann 1 Hund mitgebracht werden ( Schafe!!) Das Wasser kommt vom hauseigenen Brunnen und wird labormäßig getestet auf die Qualität. Das Haus ist nicht geeignet für Kinder unter 6 Jahren.
