I am a new and welcoming space. With integrated environments and a charming square in front of it, I'm perfect for families with kids. The kitchen is complete with freezer, fridge, microwave oven and airfryer. I have four suites of these three air-conditioned rooms: one with a king bed, another with a queen bed and two with single beds that can form a double. All suites have network owners. I am a home that combines functionality, warmth and practicality to make your stay unforgettable.

Large living room (sofa, 50" Smart TV), dining area (table, 4 chairs), kitchen (fridge, microwave, Air Fryer, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender and stove), two double box beds, one per room, 32" Smart TV, 1 extra mattress, 1 hammock, 2 fans, social bathroom (electric shower). I rent for weekends and extended holidays.

Excellent gated condominium house in the Serra de Bananeiras, with 4 air-conditioned suites, 2 suites with double beds and the other 2 suites with double beds + 2 single beds each. Excellent gourmet area to gather the family and have a good barbecue, fondue and drink that wine. In front of the house we have a very cozy square perfect for kids to have fun. Your Pet is also very welcome. We do not account for children under 10. Come enjoy this paradise!
