The place is great! Perfect for family outings. We felt very relaxed with the beds. Easy access to the ocean, it’s fun to do some snorkeling cause there’s lots of fish.

Host are so responsive, they provide anything you need as long as they can provide. We came for summerfrolic event but it’s a bit far from there, thats why they provide us a motorcycle FOR FREE. They also provide WALKIE TALKIE for easy communication if we do have concerns. Place has strong wifi too. Place is safe and peaceful. In addition, my iPhone was left at their place or I didn’t know where exactly but they follow me to terminal to return it. We are truly grateful for them and surely to recommend. God bless!

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Nice place with free access to the beach resort. The only thing that didn’t work was the wifi but since most of us have data plan, it wasn’t a big deal.

My family and I really enjoyed the place. Complete kitchen utensils and cooking pots. Sir tom is very generous enough to let us check in early to drop of our things and change cloths before proceeding to our tour. Place is clean and cozy and we loved the swimming pool. Thank you for having me and my family. We will surely comeback.

The place was amazing, very clean and had a good space for big families to hangout with. Mr. Bryan was very responsive, when we needed help for some things, he was very prompt and literally one text away. Quiet, peaceful, a beautiful house with everything you need to feel like you've never left home. Rena and Kjell are amazing, kind and generous hosts. All the beaches and tourist spots are within 30 minutes away or less... but without all the crowds! Highly recommended for your next family getaway or to just get away alone for some serious meditation time.
