Holiday rentals with a patio in Bandar Sri Permaisuri

It's really nice to be able to live here on this business trip, there is a lot of food around, the neighborhood has a beautiful environment, and the house is clean and you can cook.The only disadvantage is that the main road outside is in traffic every day, and the host is also aware that the screws in the bathroom are somewhat loose and need to be screwed.

This is the second time I have stayed in one of ivan's listings. Very clean and well furnished place, the building is very modern and has lots of amenities. The host and his team were very helpful, the bed had four pillows and all of them were soft and the second day I contacted them and within 1 hour they came and replaced all the pillows. overall, I really enjoyed the stay and it will be very difficult for me to book with anybody else any time I come to kuala lumpur.

~Rant~ Finding the place at night is a bit of a challenge, but that's just signage and roads. The security personnel are lost, carpark is designed for Kelisa's. Getting into the unit was easy after having to walk up the carpark exit ramp because the door to the lift was broken. ~Apartment~ Listed unit was just like in the pictures, clean sheets, floors, tables, the whole works. Toiletries and towels are provided. Host did everything they promised so they get 5-stars.

Marveen was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Very nice & clean house. The entire house smell good

We had our reunion dinner and cny gathering at Nana's place this year instead of going back to hometown. The homestay is exactly as advertised. The kitchen equipment are very complete for the preparation of dinner, and Nana also provided lots of games for the kids as well as the adult to enjoy! The beds are comfortable and everyone had a very pleasant time at the homestay. Our host, Nana is very friendly and responsive to any enquiries we had. Overall, we recommend this homestay!

Nice location for short vacation

Great stay for a month at Suhannas, place was very clean and a great base for exploring KL, working space was great also.

Arif’s place was spacious and highly tailored to accommodate our large family who came from out of town for my wedding. It’s minutes away from Forest Valley Hall as well as many shops and a couple of shopping malls, too. As for the house, we especially loved the kitchen which seemed purpose built for large gatherings and masak-masak sessions. This was a great choice and we recommend this to other large families as well!

Fantastic venue, booked it to host a birthday party of 50 people, and the space was perfectly accommodating of that number. Love the outdoor space & pool table.

I rent this place for my afternoon wedding tea ceremony, the place is spacious enough to have guests around. My family really likes it and it is very helpful for doing everything there as we originally stay in apartment or condo. Everything went smoothly with the owner.

Spacious and clean house, and strategic location.

This is our second time booking with sonia. have to say it was very good, precise and accurate,. room look very pleasent and clean. especially the view to the twin tower. definately will come back again soon.

Great place to stay. There are several great restaurants, cafes and shopping places within walking distance. Our host made us feel at home. Highly recommended place for a family on a holiday.

Nice place and great helpful host

Nice condo, appears to be Airbnb friendly (yes there are unfriendly ones), good clean swimming pool which is slightly curved but still enjoyable. However, toilets at the pool are not so well maintained. But this unit’s toilets are very clean. Nice gym with modern equipment. Carpark is spacious and easy to find. However this condo is located beside a busy road so it’s best enjoyed with the balcony doors closed. There’s an opposite building ONEXOX which is brightly lit at night, but blackout curtains are provided in the room.
