Wynnie is very responsive, helpful, and informative. She always responds promptly. The location is just few steps to MRT station and it is easy to get by to many places. The pool is nice and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay! Even though the neighbourhood is busy, the rooms were very peaceful. We had a very comfortable stay with everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive via the app messaging. We had a lot of privacy and were accommodated in many additional ways which helped immensely with kids. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone landing in Bangkok and still finding feet. It’s a quiet place to rest and you will have everything you need. Thank you to our hosts for having us. We appreciate our time in your accommodations.

Wipa is a great host, so friendly, helpful and understanding! The room was proper luxury for that price, wow (i travelled for 5 months in Thailand, visited 11 provinces, so i know what’s up 👍🏼)! Believe me it’s not worth spending double/triple staying closer to certain touristy things, just order a grab bike and you are there in no time. The area was amazing! Bangkok Noi, no tourists whatsoever and i loved that. Experience the real thai life. The big soi next to the alley you are staying in has plenty of amazing local restaurants (Khao Pad Kai 50B, Som Tham 50B), go to the 7-11 in the soi (not across the street) super friendly people with across of it a lady that sells the best pineapple for 20B!! MRT blue line to Chatuchak Market just 7 min walking, 10min Grab bike to pinklao, 15min grab bike to Khaosan, 20min Grab bike to Lumphini Park. It is a shared bathroom though but if the other guests are clean and attentive like yourself then it shouldn’t be a problem. Thank you Wipa 💛

One of the best places to stay in the world. Clean, safe, have a refrigerator, soft bed. The owner is friendly and helpful. Treat me like a family member. Feel comfortable staying here. Easy to travel, feel like staying at my own relative's house, easy to communicate, easy to contact. Don't hesitate to book here. If you are looking for a place to stay near the subway, easy to travel around Bangkok, this is one of the best options compared to other options. A woman traveling alone or with a family with young children, very convenient and safe 100%. If you are visiting Thailand for an important trip, this is one of the best options for a good Thai travel experience. If you are looking for a place to stay that is worth the money, there is no reason not to book here. If you see this list. Really lovely accommodation close to Tha Phra MRT station (10-minute walk), which makes getting around the city super easy. The MRT is the Blue Line, which is the "Circle Line" of Bangkok, meaning you can connect to nearly every other MRT/BTS station you could need, although there are a ton of popular attractions directly on the Blue Line. The place itself is very spacious and homey. Comfortable bed, large room, clean bathroom, cold A/C, and a nice balcony for relaxing outside. There is a shared kitchen one floor below the room, and it has a kettle as well as a few pots and pans for making simple dishes. One of the biggest benefits is that there is a clean-water dispenser in the kitchen area, meaning that you don't need to buy water from local shops for the duration of your stay. Winai (the host) is incredibly kind and super communicative. He could not be more helpful, and any time I had to contact him he was quick to respond. I highly recommend this AirBnB!

Such a homey place. Really feels like home. Me and my friends enjoyed the stay. The hosts are responsive and communicative. Looking forward to visit again next year!
