This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Our nature cottage De geluksbrenger is located in Spanga, in the middle of the nature reserve de Rottige Meenthe. Our nature cottage is comfortably furnished, with extras such as a barrel sauna, a cozy pallet stove and a sunshower for that little extra luxury. The atmosphere inside is cozy and completely fits the natural environment. Even if you are less mobile, the cottage is easily accessible. The cottage has underfloor heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The cottage is for 4-6 people.

Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

In winter, you can sit comfortably inside by the wood-burning stove, which heats the room in no time. The tiny house is compact but equipped with every comfort!
