Very beautiful villa with huge rooms, fantastic paddy fields view, very cozy. Mr.Tri also very helpful and try his best to make our stay comfortable. Location near many tourist attractions with less crowded traffic. Highly recommended place to stay.

We enjoyed our few days here. The breakfast and laundry services were much appreciated. The space offered a peaceful, traditional feel inside the city. The pool provided a refreshing start to each day. We loved our time in Yogya and this space certainly played a part.

Was a absolutly nice stay at the javanese wooden House in a very quiet area. Was nice to be between the locals and still there is space to relaxe inside the house and at the terrace. Its more in the outter area from the center but we walked a lot, what we like and its easy to find a Grab. Very lovely stay.

Stay For 4 days, 5 adults and 2 kids Nice, peaceful, clean and great location Full Kitchen equipment and utensils if you do your own laundry, they have all the things you need lots of Fruits, Coffee, Noodles etc. And have extra-bed. We never meet in person but the owner always communicates well and gives complete and clear instructions. 5 out of 5 Very Recommended

I stayed at this villa for 2 days, and it was a fantastic experience! The house had a really cozy and comfortable atmosphere, making it feel like home. The surrounding area was peaceful, yet it was super close to the city center of Yogyakarta, so it was easy to explore and enjoy the city. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, which made it convenient to cook my own meals. There are also plenty of food options around the villa, which was great. On top of that, the price was really affordable for such a well-equipped place. I highly recommend staying here—great value for money, and I would definitely come back!

The house is very clean. the bedrooms are all comfortable, cool. even an additional mattress is provided. the facilities are very complete. the environment is easy to reach, pgn ngegrab, alfagift pennies, you can all. and the house is very spacious, we who have 10 still feel loose in the place. thank you so much, recomended bgt for the many of you.

I love the place as it shows exactly like the photos on the apps. place is very comfortable with not too much elegant touch. you will feel like you are actually at home. Dian who met us during check-in time was very kind as well. she explained all the important things and is very responsive when we have any question. I will book this place again for sure when I come back with my family next time

I had an amazing stay at Abimanyu Surya's House Godean! The house is spotlessly clean, cozy, and feels just like home. The amenities provided are top-notch, from kitchen utensils to a rice cooker, fridge, linens, fast wifi, and a smart TV. Everything is just perfect, making my stay extremely comfortable. very friendly host, very helpful and nice, always available, he has been kind to us all the way through and understanding, mentioned that if we need anything to let him know and that he would provide it for us, offered us to go out for food and get to see the place, try out different foods and see what the place is like in general, the house is very very beautiful and cozy, after we had to check out we wanted to come back and stay there some more time, will be coming back here on the next trip for sure :D

this house is at a very convenient location; the landlord is friendly and sent us fruit :) the only thing that might need attention is that not every restroom is well equipped with heater

Overall, great experience.

The house was easy to find & check-in process was very easy & straightforward. The beds were very clean & AC cold. The kitchen was part of the connecting house and also shared but the tenants were never in the way. We had some trouble with the TV, but was so quickly handled. The location is close to Malioboro area which was perfect since we were with first-time Jogja visitors. The stay was pleasant and we were able to get ample rest after long days of exploring Jogja.
