"Adjacent to Hsinchu Science Park, providing a private and comfortable living environment" Detailed description of the accommodation space: - Minimum stay is 5 days, but may be arranged weekly depending on the situation. - The accommodation is 10 minutes from Beipu Business District and 15 minutes from Zhuge Jinshan Street Business District. - The accommodation is close to the Baoshan Reservoir Scenic Area, transportation is less convenient, it is recommended that those with transportation should consider this when booking. - For stays of 30 days or more, CB83 will provide room cleaning once a week. If you need to change the bed sheet set, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of NT$350/set. - Notes for each private suite: ๏ There is a small fridge inside. Use of fire or cooking is strictly prohibited in the room. ๏ The bathroom only has shower gel & shampoo and a hairdryer, other personal toiletries need to be provided by yourself ๏ Garbage needs to be sorted, we will provide garbage bags and toilet paper in the room. - We have a coin-operated washer and dryer for NT$50 each. - CB83 is strictly prohibited from making noise after 23:00 at night. - All access keys and room cards must be handed over in person and a security deposit of NT$5,000 will be charged, which will be refunded upon check-out and return of the keys. - After pre-approval of the order, we will send a "roadmap" to guide you to the place. - CB83 cooperates with Uber (Taoyuan Airport NT$1500/trip; HSR NT$500/trip; Hsinchu Railway Station: NT$450, this quote is floating and is adjusted once every six months) - No visitors who are not immediate family members during the stay. From the property, it takes 10 minutes to reach the Hsinchu Science Park and 15 minutes to reach Beipu. Located right next to Baoshan Huacheng, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the air is fresh. It takes 5 minutes on foot to the Baoshan Reservoir. You can dine at the scenic Shahuili Café and then spend another 90 minutes hiking around the Baoshan Reservoir, admiring the suspension bridge and the beautiful lake and mountain views.The entrance to the property is at the Shanhu Community Centre in Baoshan Township.
