We welcome you to our place on earth, and literally it's a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day as long as you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, a unique interior, a relaxing bath, a comfortable split bed, a cup of coffee... It's cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The window in the apartment is technical, does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people with claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air control unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers of Poznań. There is a paid, guarded car park nearby, and parking by the building (in the "centre" paid zone). For those who come by car but do not plan to use it to get around the city, we offer the option of renting a space in our garage (it is located about 800 m from the apartment and is subject to an additional charge of PLN 70/24h). Wierzbowy Azyl is an elegant, 90-metre apartment in the city centre. It offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a large balcony. Stylish interiors, finished with attention to detail, ensure a comfortable stay. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Close to the train and bus stations, the MTP trade fair is a 15-minute walk away, the Old Brewery is just a 10-minute walk away, and the Old Market Square is 20 minutes away. Guests have access to parking in an enclosed area.

In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with a shower. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m to the bus stop. We provide bicycles. In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.

The place is not a home for birthday PARTIES. Lusowo is a space where you can relax with a good book and where children can play freely in a specially prepared area. Outside, you will find a garden with a spacious terrace. There is a nice playground for children on the estate. There is a lake with a beautiful beach 2 km away. You can get to the beach on foot, by bike or by car. A place for a family to stay and relax. We recommend a comfortable house for employees of COMPANIES that have assignments in the area.

Przytulny Zakątek is a combination of comfort and access to the city's main attractions. Our fully equipped apartment is a charming place that is part of a single-family home. It is fully independent (separate front entrance). A living room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen will provide comfort and convenience. Excellent location: 10 min. walk to the Malta Thermal Baths and 10 min. by tram to the center. The apartment is located on a private property with monitoring.

The apartment with a balcony will be perfect for a couple, 3 or 4 people.
