The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. Outside, you will find a garden with a spacious terrace. There is a nice playground for children on the estate. There is a lake with a beautiful beach 2 km away. You can get to the beach on foot, by bike or by car. A place for a family to stay and relax. We recommend a comfortable house for employees of COMPANIES that have assignments in the area.
