No está permitido alojar más personas de las indicadas en la reserva; si se incumplen las normas, podrías ser desalojado sin reembolso. 🔑 Llaves y check-out Si sales antes, deja las llaves sobre la mesa y cierra la puerta al salir. Recuerda cerrar siempre con llave. Si pierdes las llaves, habrá un coste de 500 € por cambio de cerradura y copias de llaves. 🚭 No fumar Está prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento; por favor, sal a la calle si necesitas hacerlo. 🌍 Ahorro energético Te pedimos apagar luces y aire acondicionado al salir para evitar desperdicio de energía. 🧺 Servicios extra Podemos ofrecer limpieza o ropa de cama adicional si lo solicitas al reservar. 💰 Tasa turística El gobierno aplica una tasa de 10,45 € por persona (mayores de 16 años) y noche, hasta 7 noches, obligatoria para acceder al apartamento. ⏰ Check-in La entrada es a partir de as 15hs. Apartment sea front nice view. In Barcelona there is a tourist tax to pay upon arrival at the apartment. Precioso apartamento en barceloneta en el centro de barcelona al lado de la playa frente a port vell en una zona muy centrica cerca de ramblas barrio gotico y el borne. Perciosas vistas de barcelona, totalmente equipado, tv, dvd, pc, internet aire acondicionado ascensor 60 metros cuadrados cocina independiente con lavadora horno electrico y microondas tiene ademas salon comedor y dos habitaciones. Con balcon sobre port vell muy luminoso. Una habitacion con dos camas y otra habitacion con literas. La barceloneta es un barrio de antiguo de oescadores con muchos restaurantes y playa, es la zona de moda de barcelona. People under 35 years old are not allowed except families. We don t acept people under 35 years old excep familys. It is not allowed to have parties in the apartment. Failure to comply with these rules or if we have complaints about bad behavior, implies the loss of the deposit and expulsion from the apartment.

The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room.
