The meadow is rich in wildlife and there are views to the South Downs that can be enjoyed from the hammock or the wood fired hot tub.The hut sits just outside the South Downs National Park, 3 miles from Lewes and 5 miles to Glyndebourne. There is direct access to a myriad of public footpaths with a good choice of stunning walks.

The 'Garden Studio' is good for couples, walkers, riders and cyclists. Set in glorious countryside with virtually no light pollution, come and enjoy the buzzards by day and the stars by night.

The toilet is in a converted horse trailer .new shower and toilet a short walk away. surrounded by farmland , sheep,chickens & horses . access to 80 acres of walks on our own farmland . Dogs must be kept on a lead .

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.
