My place is secluded located in Melbourne Beach on Indian river with beach access across the street. The house is 1650 square ft. of living area that sits on 1.5 acres with its own dock and wonderful views of the water. 4 car garage available for parking. The Indian River is great for fishing, kayaking and other water sports. There​ are state parks within a few miles. Several restaurants and shopping along A1A and the Melbourne Beach area .
