There is a small forest with native flora, and it's walk-distance from National Park and Refugio Frey trail, while just a few minutes from Cerro Catedral Ski resort. Perfect for mountain-sports lovers: rock-climbing, trekking, kayaking, etc. There is a small library. Also, a BBQ spot shared with main house.

Vintage studio, warm and bright, ideal for couples, solo travellers or quiet getaways. It is located within a family property surrounded by nature, with lots of light, green views, and a stream that runs through the property. This used to be the dining room of my grandparents' house, today adapted to this small independent studio with wooden details, antique objects and books that give it a cosy atmosphere. We are in the Lujan neighbourhood. Ideal area for trekking or cycling

A 50 m2 studio cabin, modern, comfortable and cozy, located a few blocks from the Civic Center. Its unique location allows total tranquility with the convenience of being downtown with walking access to the shopping and dining area, public transportation, and excursions. Admire the garden with specimens of lavender, English roses, hydrangeas, camellias, and rest under the shade of a myrtle tree. Your well-being is our number one concern, so we take all measures to that end.

It has heating, 300mbps wifi, smart TV with Google Chromecast. Access is via stairs, not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The bus stop is 70 meters away.
