At the base of the Nant Peris Valley, one of the most dramatic in Britain, it is perfectly located for climbing Snowdon. The accommodation is great for one or two couples, or a small family. The detached corner property enjoys the benefit of being situated close to the town's amenities, shops, Tallylln Steam Railway & walking distance of the beach (15 min). The upstairs apartment can sleep 2 adults, with the option of a travel cot/single bed. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room/diner and a shower room. The rooms are flooded with light and accessed via its own private entrance with outside space. The apartment is above our family home and our cat enjoys popping up to say hi.

The Chalet is a detached property overlooking a small patio area and paddock. Bedding, pillows, pots, pans, crockery etc are provided but please bring your own towels. Sorry no pets. The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

Studio 5 is an open plan room with king size bed, basic kitchen and lounge with tv & dining area. A great space to relax and recharge after a busy day exploring. If an additional guest is booked an extra pull out bed or fold out mattress is provided. There is no mobile signal at all on the farm. WiFi is available.
