The condominium where the apartment is located is wonderful, safe and has a complete play area for children. The private beach of the condominium is beautiful, with calm and clean waters, ideal for the little ones. The apartment is true to the photos of the ad, but presents some points that require maintenance, such as the double bedroom panel and the living room floor, which is loosening. In addition, linen and towels are quite worn out. An important point to mention is the charge of an extra energy fee if the daily consumption exceeds the quota stipulated by the host. The payment is requested directly to her account, without going through the platform, which is an irregular practice. I reached out to Airbnb, which confirmed that this type of charge is not allowed. Any additional amount must be included in the nightly rate and cannot be charged separately outside the platform.

The apartment is functional, spacious, with everything you need to have a great stay. There were 2 adults and 2 children, and we were very comfortable. The common area is very nice, the pool is large, with many areas around it to enjoy it in various ways. Finally, Nai is an excellent host, very friendly and available at all times to answer questions. Super recommended!

very good lodging, had a power outage from Saturday to Sunday, the power seems to have stayed only one phase, the air conditioning turned off, only 2 lamps worked, as the apartment is ground floor, we heard the elevator opening and closing the door, it was boring but it was quick, the energy came back and we went back to sleep, it is not the fault of the owner and did not affect the evaluation of the accommodation that continues to be very good.

It was a perfect stay, the house accommodated our family very well. All rooms have plenty of comfort and privacy. Pool is wonderful. The condominium is very safe, and the gym is well equipped. Since her first contact with Katianne, she has always been very recptive with us. It was undoubtedly an unforgettable trip, we will return.

Simply wonderful! Carlos and Amanda were super receptive and attentive from the start, always responding very quickly and with kindness. The house is incredibly equipped, there was nothing missing during the stay. The house is even better than in the photos and the outside area is a show apart: super complete to barbecue, with a beautiful landscaping that makes the environment even more welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for rest, and with the nearby beach, as well as nearby markets that have made everyday life much easier. It was such a good experience that I didn't want to leave! I hope to return soon. I highly recommend!

It was great! It always responded quickly, and when we had an issue with the burnt bathroom lamp, it provided the exchange quickly! And the blender wasn't working she bought another tmb! We just miss a TV!

We spent amazing days in this house! The house was very close to the sea, wonderful and the tranquility of the place provided us with unforgettable moments as a family. The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

We had a great stay. Hostess Aluícia is super nice and helpful. Environment exactly as shown in the photos. Place close to the beach, market, and with several options for restaurants. You can do everything without a car. We also thank Adriana who welcomed us, super sweet and was available all the time for any questions. Very quiet place for those who need to travel with their pet. We felt at home.

We feel at home, wonderful accommodation, complete, safe and with a perfect leisure area (garden, pool, barbecue, games...). Very well spent days that remained in the memory of the entire family. Privileged location, close to the best beaches on the south coast of Alagoas.. Ana Paula always very attentive, we had a beautiful surprise with thematic decoration and pampering...the trip was as a family to celebrate the daughter's 15 years and she simply loved it. Super recommend, everything perfect. We will definitely return!!
