Internet, the condominium has a swimming pool and gourmet area in its common area, with parking. The condominium is approximately 2 km from the beach. Village Buna Atins is the best condominium of houses in the region.

Casa Melinda is 200m from the beach and 50m from shops and restaurants. In the main house, there is 1 suite with a King Size bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with hot water, and 1 WC. The large living room and the American kitchen give access to a large veranda. In the secondary house, there are 2 suites with 1 double bed and 1 suite with 2 single beds. All rooms are equipped with fans. Breakfast and daily cleaning are included.
