Holiday rentals with a patio in Barrero

This apartment is perfect!!! It is very cozy, clean and has everything we need. The pool is spectacular and has a beach nearby. I met some neighbors of the complex and they were super friendly. My stay coincides with a general apagon in Puerto Rico and I don't affect my vacation because the complex has electric generator!!! Communication with Brayla was excellent. I would definitely go back to this Airbnb.

Wonderful stay! Living room and patio has perfect view just a few steps from the ocean. So peaceful! And Richie, our host, was extremely helpful and responsive to anything we needed. Highly recommend this spot!

Great place within walking distance to the beach!

The condo complex is very laid back, and has amazing sunset views. The beach and pool are perfect for hanging out and there is snorkeling right off the beach. Flor responded quickly to fix a few minor concerns.

Brayla’s place is perfect for a comfortable and centric stay in Rincón super close to the beach! My team loved it and we are thankful to Brayla for her hospitality.

This place was awesome! James so informative from the time we booked to the time we checked out. This place was great for a family. Everything you need and more. The location was great and easy to get to the beaches! Definitely looking forward to book again.

Jay's place was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed for the weekend. Having the ocean as the backyard was spectacular. Finally, Jay let us do a late checkout which we much appreciated.

This place has everything you can possibly need during your stay, it is at the end of a dead end street about 5 minutes walking distance from a beautifu beach where you can bathe, 10 minutes away from anything you can think of in Rincon. A hidden gem ❤️

Cristina was very helpful and her home is GORGEOUS. Perfectly clean, tons of amenities, great open space. The pool was spotless, and the outdoor furniture is plush, clean and there are so many seating areas. The breeze was amazing, and the outdoor ceiling fans kept us cool as well. We had a party of 9, and our little kids didn't mind sleeping on the pullout sofa at all! We absolutely loved staying here!

This is my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in, in the most beautiful location, with so many amenities, a reef right off the backyard to snorkel, private beach, private pool. I can’t describe how perfect it is. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rincon… this is it. I will be coming here every year!!

We had a very peaceful and amazing vacation and would highly recommend this house. The host is super friendly, extremely accommodating and very kind. She checked on us even through a power outage, which was minimal due to the solar . The host even went out and purchased beach chairs for my family and I.

We had an incredible 5-day stay and can’t recommend this place highly enough! Even with a major island-wide power outage for 4 of those days, the solar-powered generator kept everything running—lights, fans, fridge, and Wi-Fi—making our stay completely comfortable. The location is unbeatable: steps from a beautiful beach, in a peaceful neighborhood with a park and covered basketball courts just a 2-minute walk away—great for a break from the sun or rain. Private parking was a huge plus. The house was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including beach towels, mats, a cooler, and an outdoor shower. The patio was perfect for relaxing, especially at sunset. Jessica was a fantastic host—thoughtful, responsive, and clearly cares about her guests’ experience. This home was a highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Don’t hesitate—book it!

John's place was very spacious and clean! I appreciated the big kitchen that was open to the dining and living room. We loved the outdoor area to hang out, play pool, and go swimming. The location was conveniently close to a beautiful beach to look at the sunset! We also loved all the beach supplies with the lawn chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and boogie boards. The washer and dryer was also a huge plus! Overall, it was a lovely time :)

We loved this property! If you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful oasis and still want to be close to restaurants, beaches and stores, this is the house for you (car is though necessary). The views are stunning and the indoor and outdoor living spaces are very spacious and well appointed. The pool is large and well taken care of. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need and the beds are comfortable. The owners, Billy and Maria, are extremely welcoming, attentive to your needs, make you feel right at home, and are just a true pleasure to interact with! They have been very communicative, responsive and proactive throughout our stay while giving us space and privacy. We had a tropical storm during the week we were there and they were very proactive in letting us know the process for them to employ the generator if we were to lose power (which ended up happening across the entire island). We had a great time here and we hope to come back in the future!

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing vacation-then look no further than Ignari’s condo. We loved our stay here as it was very comfortable, easy to make ourselves at home and offered the best beach access and sunsets you could find. We rented a car, which is needed to go into the town for shopping, dining, groceries, and to explore the gorgeous island. When we return, we will definitely stay here again. Tip: eat at Cafe 413 - it was recommended to us by two people and it did not disappoint!

Absolute gem for a stay in such a great area. Perfect for families and groups with tons of space, gorgeous bathrooms, and really well thought out common areas. Easy drive to all the best Rincon area beaches plus a private beach access that was the best place to catch Rincon’s famous sunsets. There were tons of welcoming touches like extra sunblock, a cool Bluetooth speaker table, plenty of towels and washcloths, and great beach supplies including a cart, chairs, umbrella, cooler bag, cooler, toys, and more. Would not hesitate to recommend for locals or those visiting from outside the island!

We wish we had stayed here for our entire trip to Puerto Rico! This place is comfortable, safe, fun, and conveniently located. We loved the pool and private beach and enjoyed being just a 10-minute drive from downtown Rincon, where we found great happy hours, live music, relaxing beaches, and some of the best coffee shops we’ve ever visited. Jennifer was an excellent host, providing great recommendations for activities in the area. The condo also included beach chairs and an umbrella, perfect for day trips. The locals in the building were friendly and helpful as well. Before this trip, we knew little about Rincon, but now we can’t wait to return—it’s truly a special place!

The apt was very clean, probably the cleanest Airbnb I have seen so far. The location is just wonderful, and very private. The place had all we could need, we particularly liked that the fridge and the microwave are top notch (compared to many places that have appliances from previous decades). I absolutely loved the fridge's ice-maker, because you can hit the beach with a small cooler (10 quaters = 6 to 8 cans) without having to buy ice. Lionel is very responsive and texted back within minutes to answer our questions. Great place, totally worth the price.

We had a lovely stay, everything we needed was there, top notch towels and sheets. And very comfortable beds. Can’t wait to return.

This was our third time to the island and we loved our stay. Great location, friendly neighbors. We had an issue with the shower but it was fixed right away. I felt like the cleaning could have been a little better as well as more utensils in the kitchen. Overall a very nice location and stay. Highly recommend.

First I would like to say it was our first time having a host greet us upon arrival and it was a wonderful experience. When we arrived Cheryl greeted us and explained that they still had no pour. (All in of PR lost power) she was able to have powered refrigerator as well as a power outlet to plug in a lamp, coffee maker, or simply charge our phones. The view was amazing, the ocean breeze was exceptional. We slept with windows open and sliding door open and we were very comfortable. The place looks exactly like the pictures, bed was comfy and , plenty of towls. That night about 2am powered restored we used the ac in our bedroom but realized my husband and preferred sleeping with open windows to feel the cool breeze and waves crashing from the ocean. Cheryl was able to recommend local restaurants which were fantastic. On our last day Cheryl offered late check out which was very nice of her she even expressed to us that if we wanted to extend our stay we could. I cant thank Cheryl enough
