Nice place, good location in city , good for 2 people

It was nice to stay in Ivan's newly renovated apartment, furnished with simplicity and taste, in the small rural village of Palombaio. Great value for money. Parking is available in front of the entrance, on the first floor. Impeccable cleanliness. An oasis of peace in the inner garden, with two beautiful lemon plants and the pretty pergola.

The accommodation is very cosy, just like the pictures. I would like to point out that we received the apartment very clean, with many extras that we didn't expect and it was very nice. The host is very kind, attentive and helpful. If you are thinking about this accommodation, don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed!

Giuseppe’s place was very clean and also easily located and short walk to the train station. Just note that there’s no lift access. We had a stroller and 2 luggages and we could climb up the flight of stairs to the unit with no problem. The apartment was very clean and also smelled fresh. Lots of space inside.

It is a very recommended place to stay for a short trip to Bari and its surrounding cities. The location is ideal, the appartment clean, well-equipped and comfortable, and the host is very responsive by quickly offering information and advice.

Franco is a really exceptional host, he and his wife welcomed us very well and provided us with all the details of the house in a meticulous way. We spent a very pleasant week of relaxation, and their home is a small corner of paradise for those looking for peace and tranquility. We're already in the process of reorganizing another weekend with them.

Marco is a really impeccable host, he immediately welcomed us making us feel at home. Perfectly matching the description, very clean and extremely functional equipped with all comforts, a terrace equipped with a really beautiful shower where you can relax in the evening or sunbathe during the day. Covered car parking and beach within 5 minutes walking distance as well as supermarket and bar. Since we stayed for two weeks Marco offered us a half-day boat ride, even here we really felt as if we were spending a day with friends, Marco and Margherita made themselves available to satisfy all our daughter's requests and to let us visit all the coves nearby. What can I say, a wonderful stay that will surely be repeated in the future.

This is a lovely apartment in an Italian hill town. It felt like living in Italy not just visiting. Anna and Virginio were the perfect hosts.

The location is peaceful and full of charm, ideal for anyone wanting to experience authentic southern Italy away from the tourist crowds. I enjoyed staying at Michele's place very much. The house is large, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by vegetation. It also has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Policastro. Inside the house there is everything needed for a long stay. Michele is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming and ready to address any questions or needs. He ordered for me some delicious produce from local farmers (ricotta, mozzarella de bufala, honey). He also took me for a ride on his boat along the Tyrrhenian Sea coast. He is very knowledgeable of the local history and traditions and will share a lot of interesting facts about this part of Campania. I also met his wonderful family and shared a fantastic meal with them at a seafood restaurant he recommended. I had an amazing experience during my stay and would recommend Michele as a host and his house to everyone!

Anna and her family were very friendly throughout the stay. I had a problem with my car and they helped me solve it with great helpfulness and courtesy. The house is ideal for those who want tranquility and to spend a few days in nature, but also to visit the beautiful places and villages (many) nearby. Thanks for everything!

Great apartment – large, spacious, and well-maintained. The rooms are big with comfortable beds, and there’s a large terrace with a seating area. A big advantage is having two toilets. The property is sort of in the city center, but not quite – around 1 km from the first main attractions. I recommend it!

Pasquale's apartment is exactly as it appears in the ad. It's fantastic. It's ideal for visiting Matera without the problems of access to the center and we were very comfortable. It is important to note the information that appears in the apartment description: the kitchen is for preparing breakfast, as it is not equipped for cooking, although that is not a problem thanks to the gastronomic offer of Matera and its surroundings ;-) On the other hand, the underfloor heating is wonderful. Quiet and effective. We recommend the apartment 100% and hope to return in the future.

We are very satisfied with the impeccably clean and very functional accommodation. The bedding is excellent and the bathroom is perfect. Everything you need for the shower or kitchen is provided, which is very nice. Communication with Rosa is easy and considerate. We enjoyed being able to park our car at the private parking lot next to the accommodation. Easy access apartment from BARI airport.
