Self contained, rural cottage, 2 double bedrooms

Peaceful rural cottage situated just off the A339 with stunning views. 10 minutes by car from Basingstoke train station. The cottage is next to our house and is a cosy, well equipped place to stay for either a commuter mid week or someone wanting to escape for country walks or bicycle rides. It has a small paved terrace for admiring the view. It is within a mile of Pitt Hall Barn, also close to Oakley Hall, Highclere Castle and Newbury Racecourse to name but a few. Dogs welcome by agreement.

Inside there is a kitchenette with everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. Stunning studio flat in countryside setting

We live in a quiet and tranquil village surrounded by beautiful fields and countryside. Our studio flat is recently refurbished and is separate to our family home with its own access. There are many pretty walks around the area and several pubs in easy proximity. We have a village shop, and both Basingstoke and Tadley are 10 minutes by car. Basingstoke hospital and the railway station are also a 10 minute drive. We offer private parking (off road) for 1 car.

Fully functional self contained annex for single occupancy (located in close proximity to family house) but in a quiet location with lovely views across fields and no disturbance from main residence.
