Farmstay holiday rentals in Bastia Umbra

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

We were two adults, a boy, and a dachshund. We arrived on April 24 night and left on the 27th morning, the property is 3km from Umbertide, so it allowed us to easily get to Perugia, Assisi, Trasimeno, Cortona and Valdichiana outlet. The property is impeccable, not even a bag or rake out of place, immersed in greenery and silence and was ideal for those like me looking for some peace. The assigned apartment was a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and microwave that allowed us to eat at home without problems. The room had 3 beds, but there was a very comfortable sofa bed even in the kitchen. Mrs. Clementina was very kind, she answered our questions clearly before arrival, she was available for check-in time (we arrived at 8:00 pm) and offered us breakfast on Saturday and Sunday (she makes very good cakes) . We really enjoyed staying there and if we go back to those parts we will definitely come back!

It was the second time we visited Alessias AirBnB and is was just awesome. Just love this place, the area, the pool and the nice apartments. It's the perfect place for a group of 16 friends (but also for families) to relaxe and enjoy the time. The kitchen is perfect for nice dinner-partys under the beautiful tree. Alessia and Massimiliano are the best hosts we could imagine! We will definitely come back to this magical place, thanks to Alessia and Family for having us again!

We had a beautiful stay at Agnese’s charming villa. Very peaceful location with gorgeous views. Great spot being only a short 15 minute walk into the beautiful town of Assisi.

We stayed at the Casa del Contadino which was wonderfully rustic but included air conditioning ! Renato is a wonderful host, always available. When we arrived late in the evening and got lost he came down to find us and lead us up the winding hill to our accommodation. On Sunday and on a Feast day Renato dropped off delicious pastries in the morning from the local bakery in the village, as a gift, which was a lovely touch, not to mention a great bottle of wine when we arrived. One of the days we got a puncture in a tyre just as we got onto the main road on the way to a day trip. I couldn’t get the wheel off so I called the RAC European Rescue We were stuck for 3 hours by the side of the road in the baking heat but help never came. I rang Renato and he appeared within 20 minutes with a man from the local tyre shop who put on the spare tyre and took the punctured one away - to be repaired after lunch of course. Can’t wait to come again. Maybe with a group of friends next time .

Beautiful apartment in a stunning former monastery. The pool is surrounded by olive trees and the view of the hills. Is a very peaceful place with lots to do and see in a very short distance. We went for bike rides and visited beautiful towns in Tuscany and Umbria. Samira helped us a lot with directions and tips where to go and what to do. Lovely lady! We had an amazing time. We would definitely go back another time. 🤩

We really enjoyed our big family's get-together in Massa Martana. Patrizia and Fabrizio are great hosts, their quick welcome reception was warm and delicious. The house is nicely located in the heart of Umbria and perfectly equipped with all necessary things for staying. It is warm, stylish and really relaxing. We felt there like at home. Each bedroom is equipped with a dedicated bathroom, this is just great for a big group! Also, we appreciated a wine storage in the house. Absolutely wonderful idea 👍 Thank you for arranging a perfect spot to experience the taste of Umbria!

Francesca offered to move us from apartment in the mainhouse to the apartment by the Pool area and it was super delicious. It was so lovely. We missed a bit of an umbrella by the pool so you could get shade at the meals, but didn't see it in any way ruined our stay. We may be coming back another time because it was really nice. Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. With a 33 degree heated pool - exactly the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are all just fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road and set the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the quiet and the view! Dinner in the oil mill is worth the money and the way. 11 days passed too quickly.

La Bulletta has remained in our hearts! The place is enchanting, you are immersed in nature and the location is always well ventilated in the afternoon and night. The pool is an added value,after all our laps a nice bathroom to regenerate was appreciated by everyone. Daniele, with her sister Emanuela and little Lucia, dad and mom are really wonderful, they gave us tips about the surroundings and more. We will definitely be back!!!

Unforgettable vacation. The farm stay and the pool are immersed in nature. Sun loungers, sun loungers, umbrellas, all the pool environment and private garden area are very well-kept. The private part of the garden is visible but this does not disturb. Very clean house. We would love to come back.

Wonderful place, felt very welcome!

We had a wonderful stay at Antico Casale and Stefania is a lovely host who is always attentive and friendly. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and one kitchen/dining room. It is possible to use an outside area right outside the apartment for breakfast or other meals. The pool is quite big, provides beach lounges and a seating area (with BBQ). The view is picturesque and the area itself quiet. It takes about 8 minutes by car to go to Umbertide. It was a perfect summer vacation and we’d love to come back soon.

The place was a dream everything was perfect, the only thing was the way there very narrow and steep dirt road, but otherwise everything was great otherwise 😍👍🏻

Before our arrival, there was already contact via the app, very convenient. We were warmly welcomed in a wonderfully cool house. The house was more spacious than in the pictures and in the living room there was also an air conditioning unit that was not in the photos or described. The fridge was stocked with the first necessities and there was even detergent by the washing machine, very complete! Every day we were asked via the app if we needed anything and there were plenty of tips for activities and restaurants. If we asked anything, there was a quick response, very helpful. Our girls enjoyed the swimming pool, each apartment has its own canopy with thatched roof and sunbeds, ideal! The only "downside" could be the noisiness, you can hear your neighbors sliding with furniture and talking enthusiastically. We had quiet neighbors so little bothered by that. We had a wonderful vacation in this nice stay!

Karin was the best host! Not only took she care of the arrival of friends of mine who came in the middle of the night on a sunday but she also helped us to organize a vet when my dog got sick. She always reacted immediately when I texted her, gave us good recommendations about restaurants (in the area as well as in Perugia) and organized an amazing cooking class for us. We really felt like we were at home and the athmosphere at the house, the beautiful park and pool area was so relaxing. As soon as one enters this house it feels like you are in another world and you can just forget your everyday life. Thank you so much for everything Karin, we will be back!!

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

I absolutely LOVED this place. Everything about this location is an Italian escape. I've been to Italy several times, and have been using AirBnB for a very long time, and his was by far my favorite place. The rooms, the outside gardens, the olive groves, the pets, the sunsets, the views...the absolute best. Just outside the city of Perugia, and close to restaurants, and 15 minute drive to the city, close to grocery stores. This place was cozy, and had a real farmhouse feel. Te host was awesome! Filippo was always quick to respond, was on site when I checked in, had recommendations for places to eat, get groceries, places to visit. He was incredible, and an amazing host. I would definitely come back.

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

Our stay at Giovanni’s was incredible. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs. It was perfect for our family with young children.. a wonderful private property with plenty to do, but no need to even leave the property if you don’t want to (especially with such a wonderful pool area). Giovanni and Paolo were great at communicating and did everything they good to help us, even when we had special requests.

We loved our stay and highly recommend it to families and friends who are looking for a convenient location to explore the beautiful Umbria. The hosts are very nice, always available to offer tips and recommendations on the places to visit. The house was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. You would wake up to a beautiful view !!

What a unique place to stay! Accommodations were exactly as described. We had not trouble finding the Abbey and Annalisa's mom came to greet us upon arrival. Both the abbey and the gardens are beautiful and our children got a kick out of the small playground - an unexpected surprise. We cooked our own dinner in the room and enjoyed the offerings provided for breakfast in the common area. They also had small handmade gifts (olive oils, soaps, marmalades) that we purchased for stocking stuffers for our family.
