Holiday rentals with a pool in Bastia Umbra

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this gorgeous villa! The view was breathtaking, and it felt like a home that has been truly cared for and loved by the owners. Rosella was a wonderful host, so kind and responsive. She even left us olive oil from her farm and other thoughtful treats. The villa was private, peaceful, incredibly clean, and equipped with everything we needed and more. It’s also in a great central location for day trips to explore the area. Truly a gem, we loved every moment and didn’t want to leave! We hope to return in the future.

Great Airbnb for my wife and I who were in Italy before our wedding in Tuscany. The Airbnb was clean and looked like the pictures. Private property and surrounded by nature and scenic views of Umbria. The communication before and during the stay from the hosts was also great. The pre-arrival instructions were also extremely helpful, as both Waze and Google Maps only got us part of the way to the Airbnb (the Airbnb was about 15-20 minutes away from the main road). We brought our nine-month old baby, and this is a baby-friendly Airbnb. Upon request, they provided us with a travel crib, a baby bath, and a high chair. They also had soft pads that we could lay on the floor for our baby to play on. He really enjoyed the nature. Unfortunately, we weren't able to check out any of the local restaurant due to our baby and dealing with baby jetlag. We're looking forward to coming back to Umbria to check out more of the towns, like Assisi.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Impeccable experience, very nice apartment, clean and well-kept. Beautiful terrace with hot tub from which to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Emanuele then was super responsive, kind and helpful (to tell me one: he also helped us transport the groceries from the parking lot to the apartment, it was like meeting an old friend). Highly recommended, we hope to see you again soon in the future

Wonderful stay. Great layout for us (2A, 2C, 1I) and a fantastic swimming pool. Roberta was lovely and we communicated via messaging app given language differences. Roberta and family were quiet in the ground floor apartment and the upstairs rental were equally nice. We barely had to share the pool. Great location for day trips to Florence, Sienna and Assisi.

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

We stayed in this beautiful villa during the Christmas season, and the experience was just perfect! The villa is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort imaginable. The large garden that surrounds it, complete with swimming pool, offers an atmosphere of peace and relaxation that won us over right away. Special thanks to Mrs. Mirella and her husband, exquisite and always helpful people, who welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. When we had a serious problem during our stay, they were incredibly understanding and allowed us to stay an extra day longer than expected, helping us with great kindness. An ideal place for those looking for tranquility, comfort and hospitality of the highest level. We can only recommend this villa and hope to be back soon! Thank you so much for everything!

An oasis of peace in the Umbrian hills, surrounded by olive trees, countryside and woods. The house is super cozy, ideal for spending a few days to discover the surroundings or for rest: it is equipped with everything you need and furnished very well. Daniela is super helpful and responsive. A mention also to Nazareno, the guardian of the village: a hospitable person who told us the story of the village and gave us recommendations on the area. We'd go back right away!

We had an excellent stay with our son and my parents in Valentina's apartment. The welcome is impeccable, Valentina is very kind and attentive to give all the useful information to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need to cook. It has a large garden with a common pool. Indomma a paradisiacal place! We hope to be back soon! 100% recommended

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

My partner and I had a wedding in the local area and this location was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and were even able to drive us where we needed to go for the weekend. We also asked if we could be picked up from the airport and we were accommodated for that too. Giovanni was very quick to respond to our messages during our stay and was very flexible with our check out time. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment stays very cool so there’s no need to worry about having no air-con, a fan was provided and that was enough. The pool area is amazing and it is so tranquil, there are a lot of bugs in the area though so bring your bug spray! Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the area or have a wedding to attend at Terzo di Danciano.

We stayed in Deruta in apartmant LaCollina. Beautiful place.. Stone house, close to olive treas, pool, beautiful view... Apartman spacious, with floor heating... It was like a treat on our two weeks holiday in Italy. Thank you Yuri for welcoming us! All 10/10! Top

I stayed at the adorable place with my family for a week. Upon arrival, the host gave us the key and showed us everything. We especially liked the large pool and the breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno from the upper floor of the house. We had a very nice week in Umbria and explored the surroundings in day trips. If you have any questions or problems, the host has always been kindly helped. We like to come back

Lovely place to stay as a group. Wonderful home with amazing views! Everyone was very responsive, it was easy to find and exactly as described.

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

We are one big family (15 people- adults and children). We booked the villa for 1 week and we had a wonderful time. The inside is beautiful, very spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a big dinning table enough for everybody to seat at. There is a big living room, TV room and a decorated library. The rooms are also spacious and each one has its own bathroom. One negative is that the villa doesn't have air condition. However, when we stayed the weather was chilly and there was no need for cooling/heating. The garden is massive. There is a big swimming pool with furniture to relax around it. Although the water was still very cold, the children did not skip the fun of swimming. There is outdoor cooking area near the pool with a big grill. We used it few times to barbiqu. There was also enough space for us to park 4 cars. The hostess and the owner were great. We received a quick response to any question or request. This villa is a great choice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the most amazing time at Chiara’s place!! She was a spectacular host and everything was beyond perfect!! Chiara went above and beyond with every little thing and it couldn’t have been more amazing or special. She is friendly, kind, warm, thoughtful, funny and genuinely caring. We are already planning our trip back!! 😍🥰😉

Everything super in a unique location!

Very satisfied with our vacation in Umbria! The house is in a strategic position to visit the main cities of the region. It's big and spacious, great for a large group of friends like ours! Lovely garden and pool (although we were a little unlucky with the weather and couldn't take advantage of them as we would have liked). The house was super clean and with all the amenities we needed. The only downside: unfortunately the plumbing is a little dated and in one of the bathrooms the shower did not hold hot water for more than 5 minutes. Paolo, who followed us at check-in and check-out, was precise, kind and helpful!
