A short 5-minute drive to Fiona Stanley Hospital and Murdoch University but also central to Fremantle and Murdoch Train Station/the Kwinana freeway. Close to multiple parks. Separate, secure private access to the granny flat which contains a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, smart TV, desk and wifi. Ideal for a short stay for one person but can fit two. Child-friendly.

This private bedroom with a king-sized bed is complete with wall-mounted smart TV, wifi, fridge/freezer & ensuite bathroom. There is a locked door separating this guest suite from the rest of the house. Located near the Bullcreek train station & 50m to Leach Highway bus-stops 14min walk to shops & eateries.
