Tolley Lodge, an idyllic place to stay, located on 180 acres of farmland, woodland and 400m from our spring fed lake. Own private garden, wood-fired hot tub and uninterrupted views of open pasture and the South Downs. There's plenty of logs for your own private hot tub and firepit (gas bbq supplied as well). You can also hire our WOOD-FIRED SAUNA; a perfect addition with a wild swim in our spring fed lake. Private sessions from £30 can be booked during your stay. Dogs are welcome on leads.

We spent a lot of time an effort creating something that you'd want to come back to and we can't wait to welcome you! It's newly refurbished with a private entrance and lock key box, only 2 minutes walk from the train, 3 minutes from bars, restaurants and shopping, and 6 from the beach. With a comfortable king size bed with hotel bedding, 42" tv and a rainfall shower in the travertine mosaic tiled wet room. Free parking outside outside 11-1pm on weekdays and all the time 50m up the road.

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

Stylishly fitted and eco-friendly, our detached, self-contained cottage is in a very rural location. There are no other holiday cottages on the farm. Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

The Annexe is self contained with its own private entrance & self check-in. Free on street unlimited parking is available. The Annexe is link attached to the hosts home & has been been renovated to a high standard. A small private outside seating area is available set within the hosts garden. The beach, picturesque Old Town, with boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, cafes all a short 20 minute walk or car drive away! (SorryWe cannot accommodate pets)

Adorable Hideaway: log stove, campfire, organic fm

The Adorable Hideaway is situated in the generally quiet farmyard of a thirty acre organic smallholding, a mile from Bodiam Castle. People said I would never find a place like this in South East England and I’d have to go at least to Devon, but here we are, at the farm that forgot the time. To come and go, you don’t have to go past my home or into my garden, I think people find the hideaway quite adequately private. It's a bit busier these days..
