This is my beautiful quiet house surrounded by rice-paddies on three sides and the ocean right in front on the fourth side. For surfer a great right-hander reefbreak is located right in front of the house within two minutes walk. Sunrise at the balcony - sunset at the terrace. Perhatihan: Tidak ada tempat parkir yg dekat rumah karena ada gang kecil saja. Tempat buat mobil adalah di jalan umum, 200m dari rumah. Terus rumah hanya bisa empat orang dewasa sama anak kecil dua. My house is newly built in a jungle setting near a popular surf spot.... It is a very cool and unique house. The floor is the master suite with balcony and views of the rice field/jungle. The ground floor includes a full kitchen, rest bed, bedroom, and alfresco bathroom with a coconut tree and hot water. The ground floor is partially open so you can enjoy the green setting.

The bungalow is situated in a beautiful and quiet garden facing rice fields. It´s newly rebuilt from wood and bamboo in traditional style. There are 2 porches, 2 bedrooms (1 with ac, 1 with fan), kitchen and a large living/dining area. The distance to the ocean is 1,5 and to the beach bars is 3 km.
