Communication was excellent, always helpful with tips and recommendations, home was immaculately clean , great location easy walking distance to the castle, parking was available on road great place to stay!

Such a unique place in a picturesque rural setting, a piece of Japanese heaven in the middle of Hampshire area. Located close to Winchester, it is ideally situated for country walks and pursuits. The property is peaceful and private, the mill is stunning build over a river, such a stunning romantic oasis. Good for the soul if you want to recharge your battery in a beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The host's attention to details is impressive and everything looked and felt authentic, including the vintage Japanese screens and all furniture and decorations. I would highly recommend if you want to disconnect from everyday life and recharge! I'm planning to come back!!

Second stay at the cabin. Has everything we need few a few days away and is perfectly located for trips into Salisbury and the new forest. The small garden is great if travelling with a furry companion.(check for the visiting cockerel if said companion has a prey drive & note there are gaps in the hedge if they’re inclined to escape) The cabin is warm, cosy & clean but the bed could still benefit from a mattress topper (but this could be down to our sensitive spinal regions!) Overall, we are happy with Nicks place 9/10 *

Lovely big house, slept 8 adults easily. Great views, fab location to walk the South Downs. Everything you needed. Maybe less clutter/ family photos around the house would have been nicer but some liked the homely touch. Overall excellent. Many thanks, Louise

Me and my partner went away for a couple of nights and wanted to extend our visit somewhere and luck would have it we found the cute cottage! We felt so comfortable and at home here! The hosts were fantastic and welcoming! The views were beautiful and surroundings were stunning! Couldn’t ask for anything more! Would definitely recommend and will be returning! Really great caravan in a great location, Sandy Balls has loads to do and very close to some great trails in the new forrest. we had a great weekend away and had some lovely trail rides. The caravan is exactly what you want for a weekend off the grid, there is no cell signal or wifi in the caravan so expect a weekend with the kids off the screens, absolutely perfect.

We were delighted with our stay at the Coach House. As well as being spotlessly clean it was furnished and decorated in a pleasing “ Country Chic” way, which was entirely appropriate. We loved the privacy and leafiness of the surroundings and woke to the sound of the dawn chorus and nothing else! Alison could not have been more helpful, but only came to us when needed. Highly recommended.
