Logement confortable , propre et sécuritaire. La localisation est parfaite , restaurations, commerces et épicerie à quelques pas de marches. Hôte très accueillante. Touristes Canadiens.

Giampaolo und Tina waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns viele Tipps und Informationen zukommen lassen. Sie waren stets erreichbar und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Die Gegend rund um Cala Gonone ist wunderschön und man kann viel unternehmen. Wir waren vor allem zum Wandern und Klettern unterwegs. Aber auch die Strände sind schön und um diese Zeit noch nicht überlaufen. Es gibt einige kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Wohnung selbst war tadellos sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Loved staying here. Short drive from the coast and right in the middle of a beautiful little town. Was a little nervous driving down the narrow streets to begin with but was alright in the end!

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, spazioso, pulito dotato di ottimi servizi. È evidente che è stato rinnovato da poco e con scelte apprezzabili. È particolarmente silenzioso, al centro del paese e vicino alle strade che portano ai luoghi naturali fantastici. L'host è molto disponibile.

Wir haben vier Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft in Baunei verbracht, es war durch und durch perfekt. Alles war sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ins Tal war einzigartig.

Wir haben die Ruhe und die gepflegte Anlage mit sehr schönem Pool genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgerüstet. In der Umgebung gibt es unzählige wunderschöne Strände!

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Ort Braunei, zu Fuß ist man sofort im Ort, trotzdem liegt sie ruhig. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Tal, die Berge und sogar das Meer (von der Terrasse). Wenn Gäste aus dem Haus darüber auf ihrer Terrasse laufen, ist das zu hören - aber es störte gar nicht! Die Wohnung war sauber, die Küche prima ausgestattet und als uns etwas gefehlt hat, hat Elias es uns in wenigen Stunden gebracht! Er ist äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Marianna und Vittorio sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft mit einem Obstkorb, Wein und Marmeladen willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön dekoriert. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und im Innenhof gibt es einen Grill und sogar einen Pizzaofen. Äußerst angenehm ist auch die 3 Zone Klimaanlage. In der Umgebung gibt es traumhafte Strände und Wandermöglichkeiten!! Zum Geburtstag hat Marianna extra Kekse für mich gebacken!! Wir und unsere Kinder haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Der Blick ist wirklich wunderbar und schenkt sehr viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Wenn es nicht unbedingt ein Sandstrand sein muss kann man auch gut vorne zu den Klippen laufen und dort eine Runde Schwimmen und sich Sonnen. Die Lage des Hauses bietet auch eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Thank you to Giovanna for hosting us in her beautiful house. Everything was perfect and cleaned to the highest of standards. Cupboards were well stocked with everything we expected and more. The outside eating space is also lovely and well furnished. It was nice to relax with a drink at the end of the day on comfortable furniture. The beach, shops, restaurants and bars are a short walk away. We loved La Caletta with an amazing sandy beach and stunning sea. The town has a traditional feel and everywhere we ate served amazing traditional Italian food. Giovanna also makes the most wonderful cookies - thank you for the welcome. We will most definitely be back. I highly recommend this listing.

Wir sind Beide Anfang 60 und haben die Ruhe, Umgebung, die Nähe zum Mehr und das schnuckelige Häuschen unheimlich genossen. Die Ausstattung innen, sowie außen war einfach nur hervorragend. Großer Kühlschrank, Eisfach, supi Küche, Badezimmer und auch die Außendusche....alles wunderbar. Als uns das Gas ausging wurde innerhalb von nur einer Stunde eine neue Gasflasche angeschlossen und wir hatten wieder warmes Wasser. Die Kommunikation war einfach hervorragend. Das Auffinden des Objektes war etwas abenteuerlich aber zu guter Letzt dann doch einfach. Der Strand war sehr nahe und auch mit meinem neuen Kniegelenk in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen. Wer allerdings Aktion und viele Bars und ähnliches sucht, der ist hier fehl am Platze. Ein Leihwagen über die gesamte Zeit des Aufenthaltes ist unbedingt notwendig. Liebe Grüße und bitte weiter so Gino Gabi und Ralf

Great villa in a beautiful part of Sardinia! We loved our stay at the villa, which was clean and comfortable with a nice garden. The beach is a five-minute walk and it is gorgeous (white sand, crystal clear water and shallow at the start, so very kid friendly). The area is off the beaten path and we loved that. There are beautiful mountains around and lovely beach restaurants. Doriana was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Paolo’s place is a fabulous spot for a couple looking for a base in a beautiful, local-feeling village and a breathtaking view. Communication from the host was excellent - he made us feel very welcome. The real plus of the place is the roof terrace - the view is absolutely stunning. There is plenty of space with tables and chairs and a canopy. We ate every meal up there and just enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. The kitchen is fairly well equipped with all you’ll need for a week’s stay, and the Co-op is just round the corner - ideal. If you are hiring a car, we would recommend parking on the main road, just down from the property, as the access road is very steep and we struggled to park in the garage. Not a problem though as parking is free on the road and there is plenty of space, and it’s only a few seconds more from the house. Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. Il est très agréable et suffisamment grand pour une famille avec deux enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme avec de la place pour stationner. Il faut prendre la voiture pour toutes les activités, les abords ne sont pas adaptés pour se déplacer à pied. Le golfe d’Orosei au départ d’Arbatax est splendide ! Nous recommandons aussi la plage Lido di Orri, magnifique !

Signora Daniela molto disponibile e comunicativa e attenta alle esigenze dei propri ospiti. Bilocale molto bello situato all’interno di una piccola palazzina, molto ben curato e pulito, arredato con molto gusto e completo di tutto tanto da sentirsi come a casa propria. Distante circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro pedonale dì Tortoli e a pochissimi minuti di auto dalle più belle spiagge della zona. Fortemente consigliato

Die schön eingerichtete Wohnung liegt in Baunei und damit perfekt zwischen Meer und Bergen. Für uns war gerade die Nähe zu den tollen Wanderungen entscheidend (eine kurze Wanderung startet sogar direkt in Baunei). Die Wohnung selbst ist schön eingerichtet, hell und hat einen tollen Ausblick aus den Fenstern der Küche. Gian Marco hat immer direkt reagiert und trotz unserer fehlenden Italienisch Kenntnisse, hat die Kommunikation gut geklappt. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier wirklich nur empfehlen :)

Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht (inclusive Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Tee, Handtuch, Schwamm, Spüli etc). Unglaublich schöner Ausblick auf die Bucht, herrliche Dachterrasse. In der Umgebung tolle Wanderungen in Traumbuchten (wahlweise auch mit dem Boot), diverse Restaurants in Fussnähe. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Eva, viele nützliche Tipps in der Wohnung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Un séjour tout à fait réussi ! Endroit très calme, équipement confortable, très propre, communication agréable avec Marcantonio. Un endroit merveilleux, cuisine bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vous-même. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Plage indiquée par Marcantonio superbe. Répondant au départ : nous avons été autorisés à rester un peu plus longtemps mais nous avions une autre location à suivre. Merci pour le vin et l’huile d’olive maison.

Wunderschöne und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke also wirklich zum Empfehlen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Schöne überdachte Veranda. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön, es gibt 5 Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto einen richtig langen Sandstrand, der an einen Pinienwald grenzt. Restaurants sind genügend auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Arbatax ist richtig gemütlich und wenn man mehr will, fährt man einfach ums Eck nach Tortoli. Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!

We spent 5 days at this place. the host is very responsive, and friendly! the view is stunning and the place is in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. can highly recommend!

Top notch location and a small but beautiful and functional apartment. We felt like we had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and eating breakfast by the lemon tree each morning was wonderful.
