Cosy quiet apartment in Vecumnieki

The flat is located in the center of Vecumnieki on the 2nd floor of a 2 story house and is separate from the hosts with a private entrance. The flat consists of 2 bedrooms and a kitchen with a living room, private bathroom with a shower. (3rd bedroom available for bookings w 5 or 6 people) The garden is shared with my parents who live on the 1st floor. There is a pool in the garden (1,1 m deep), possibility to play volleyball, pingpong. It is possible to have sauna upon request and extra charge.

Brīvdienu māja atrodas klusā privātmāju rajonā.Pirmajā stāvā ir pilnībā aprīkota virtuve, kas apvienota ar dzīvojamo istabu un kamīnu, atsevišķa guļamistaba, dušas telpa un tualete. Mansardā ir četri 90x200m matrači. Viesiem pieejams ātrs un bezmaksas Wi-Fi un TV. Lieliska vieta ģimenēm ar bērniem. Sauna ir par papildus maksu. Tuvumā ir Lielvārdes parks. Dažu minūšu gājiena attālumā ir Daugava. Naktsmītnē nav atļauti mājdzīvnieki, ballītes un smēķēšana.

Īpaši skaisti izceļas sarkano ķieģeļu ārsienas ar gaišo šuvojumu un dekoratīvi koka elementi jumta stāvā. Jumtu izceļ sarkanie dakstiņi un senā stila skurstenis. Namiņš pat atgādina kādu „Piparkūku namiņu” no pasaku grāmatām un ir kā sava veida muižas „odziņa”.
