The unit is very close to the busy street of 18th November (Close to the Chedi Hotel), You’ll love the place because of the neighborhood, comfy beds, location and convince. the place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. The unit is located less than a mile from Athaiba beach to the north, and Sultan Qaboos grand mosque to the South. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, café’s, 24 hours fuel stations around the area.

Ajwan beach house is the best getaway from the city to the ultimate Sifa resort. An amazing place for relaxation with family and friends. The house is newly developed and was handed over in December 2022. The beach house consists of three bed (two queen size beds and two single bed in one room) . The out door area has a stunning view of the beach and private swimming pool.
