Had a short stay at Barley Croft lodge. Ray was great he rang to check if everything was ok with our lodge and was very polite and helpful. The lodge is in lovely surroundings with lots to do locally. It was ideal for our 1 year old daughter who could wander on the veranda safely and look at the two donkeys in the adjacent field. The lodge has everything you need and is close by the villages of Melbourne and Breedon have places to visit. An all around great experience. Thank you Ray.

Alpaca Cottage - Alton Towers

Lovely , well equipped cottage - suited our family of five.( including 6 year old and toddler) . When we arrived they kindly installed a stair gate. Children adored play area and animals - especially Oscar the dog and the guinea pigs. There is lots of running around space. Enjoyed our trips out to the Churnet Railway and Ilam. An enjoyable five days

We've just returned from a weekend break at this beautifully presented and well equipped property. Carol communicated with us excellently and the addition of a few goodies left for us on our arrival was a lovely touch, her help with information on walks from the property and places to eat were second to none. The property is just a short walk into the town of Ashbourne, and perfect to explore the local area Thank you Carol, a perfect birthday weekend.

Felicity was great from the start! Very helpful with information about the cottage. The cottage was perfect and peaceful, amazing place to relax and unwind after a full day with 4 children at alton towers! Everything was clean. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay :), will definitely look at making this our place to stay when we do our trips to Alton :)

A great host, very fast responses to our very late notice booking, everything was ready for us within a hour of booking. Super clean and comfortable house with great facilities, perfect for a 3 generation family break. Would recommend and would be happy to stay again. I had an absolutely lovely stay. Amie was very friendly and very easy to get along with. The place was squeaky clean and smealt beautiful. It was very accommodating and even had some treats for my dog. I would highly reccommend this place to sty. The village was beautiful and we were very lucky with the weather. Restaurants/pubs around were very good value for money and the food was lovely.

thank you hosts for being so responsive, for answering all my questions and requests with patience :) my family enjoyed their time there. my only nitpick would be some kitchen utensils were a bit dusty / dirty, and there was no hooks in the bathroom, which made it a bit difficult to hang up clothing. other than that, everything was as advertised and we had a fantastic and memorable stay.

I stayed at this lovely apartment and had a great experience. The location was perfect with just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything I needed, including a great kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi. I’d definitely stay here again!
