Such a beautiful home in such a beautiful location. We loved staying so close to the water. We always got a nice breeze and loved hanging out in the screened in room when we were at the house. It was nice to stay on the east side of the island away from the crowds, it was very peaceful. Wendy the property manager is so nice. She was always very quick to respond if we had any questions. She also came to the house one night and cooked for us. The food was very good. Would definitely recommend staying in for at least one dinner prepared by her and her helper. The key lime pie was so good! There are 3 restaurants with in walking distance from the Airbnb. All three were good but our favorite was La Sirena. The coconut lion fish was so good. Rustic setting right on the water. We loved it there. Chelle’s is also close(5min drive). Try the watermelon juice! The owner James was also very easy to communicate with. We had a small issue with the hot water and he had it fixed quickly.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this stunning location in Roatán! The home was immaculately clean and offered breathtaking views, making it the perfect retreat. The concierge was exceptional—so helpful throughout our stay. He provided fantastic restaurant recommendations and suggested amazing activities to explore in Roatán. Gary was a very responsive and welcoming host. He even invited us on a special fireworks adventure at sea, and we had an amazing time! He is friendly, caring and responsive, offering advice on the best places to go in Roatan to help us make the most of our trip. Gary’s place was also wonderful! A gorgeous location, right on the beach, with a private dock to snorkel and watch sunsets off of. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool and well-kept grounds. We had an awesome week there. Paulo and the whole crew at Splash Inn were wonderful. The free breakfast was way better than expected and the dive shop was seamless. They taught the Nitrox course for me so I could do a wreck dive and made great recommendations. The transportation to/from the hospital was seamless and safe. The pool was fun and the employees worked nonstop to keep the property operating. Feliz gave our daughter multiple horse rides and we always felt safe. The location was an easy walk to downtown. The owners were extremely low key and worked hard alongside everyone else.

What a beautiful place! The location and house are really beautiful! Easy to access, located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature. From the first moments we felt safe and welcomed. The house is really great, we found everything we needed so much to cook, relax, have fun or swim in the beautiful private pool. And that, with all the privacy you want. Excellent communication with the host. We will surely come back to this house.

Gary’s Villa is a true gem – ocean views, lush landscaping, and a prime location. It’s a turn from the paved street, making it easy to drive in and out and for an extended stay. Everything is well maintained so you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Natalia managed the Villa during our stay. She was proactive in communicating with us and she incidentally manages one of the best tour companies on the island, Scuba Nomad Roatan. Friendly neighbors add to the welcoming atmosphere. The villa is thoughtfully furnished for comfort, with ceiling fans even in the en suite bathrooms. You’ll find blackout drapes in the bedrooms. No roosters, so you can actually sleep in! Copious seating inside and out. Since we do occasional cooking, the well equipped kitchen has more than was listed during our stay—a blender, a toaster and lots of cookware. We enjoyed the private pier and excellent restaurants a short walk away.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The caretaker, Steven was very responsive and helpful. He went out of his way to take us to the grocery, a kayak tour, and arrange for transportation so we could enjoy a nearby resort. The property manager, Liz, was very helpful and gave us good advice on things to do. We were especially pleased with how well the kitchen was set with pots, pans and appliances. The pool was the star of the show and we spent many hours lounging and taking a dip. The house dogs, Molly and Maya greeted us every morning and are very sweet. It is a 30 minute drive from the house to a grocery, so it is important that one take this into consideration, and stock up when coming from the airport. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

I'm always careful about criticizing someone's business. Luckily in this case, I don't have to choose words carefully. In this cases, the air bnb was very high quality. The amenities like air conditioning and pool were in excellent condition and well used by us. While the location required that we hire transportation - the land itself in each location was clean and safe. It was important for us to have access to a washer and dryer and we did. These worked as well. Natalia communicated clearly, was polite and responded promptly to our needs. I would highly recommend the driving company Roatan Transport. Miacol Ponce and his driver Roni were responsive, flexible and respectful. For example when we asked about mass for Sunday, Roni knew where to find an English speaking church service at a church where a lot of Americanos go but then later learned about a Garifuna mass at another church and took us there instead. Thank you soo much for your hospitality. Will definitely be back.

Stunningly beautiful home and outdoor living space. Well located and very comfortable for our family. Communicative and friendly host. We loved Malamala!

We don't know where to start in singing the praises of this place. The house itself is wonderful. Spacious, well thought out, super comfortable bed, private pool, great outdoor spaces, and cozy furniture. The view was incredible. Sunrise, sunset, all day long the reef was sitting there like a jewel calling out to you. Dalia was sweet, attentive, and very helpful. Her cooking can not be adequately described. Well worth the price and convenience. Matt was a wealth of knowledge and on top of all things related to the house and amenities. We really enjoyed their dedication to making sure we were happy on the grounds. The dock, the close little reef, the kayaks, the far reef, the manicured landscape, all of it was spectacular and made it so you don't have to leave to have an amazing time. We couldn't have picked a better spot to enjoy a week of snorkeling and kayaking.

Wow! Great views with lots to do! We worked with a couple resorts to get 8 dives in four days. It is on the North East which is more chill than the west. The island is doing roadworks on the main road that will make a huge improvement to get to the property. We rented a truck and were glad we did, not for the property, but for access from airport and resorts. The main house is amazing. The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances. Beds are super soft, great air conditioning and the pool was amazing after a day in the animal reserves or diving. We made memories with our family of five, without being crowded.

We had a great time in Roatán and Gary’s Villas were in a great location with access to the West End, West Bay, and day trips to the eastern end of the island. A few local beach restaurants like Baha Bahina and Fresh were perfect for lunch and breakfast. There’s also a local grocery store with a good selection. Natalia, the property manager, was also local and supported our check in and answered questions we had and helped us find activities and excursions. We would rebook Gary’s villas on a return to Roatan!

This is a lovely setting and a very comfortable place to relax and recharge. We enjoyed the hummingbirds And the beautiful view each day, and took advantage of all the spots to sit and sip coffee. Conrad was very helpful with transportation and suggestions. He’s obviously well connected on the island! Book it. You won’t be sorry!

We spent a week at Dos Palapas. Our entire trip was made better knowing we had such a tremendous place to come back to. Carolina was amazing and indispensable, she assisted us with everything we needed. Carolina, Zach, and Natasha were all very responsive and helpful, from the time we booked all the way through the end of our trip. The house is spacious, clean, and has great views. Our entire family enjoyed the pool! The kitchen is large and well stocked. Palmetto Bay is a wonderful peaceful community, with great people. The location is nice, with lots activities around 20-25 mins away and not near the big crowds. The kids loved jumping off the pier and the swimming platform, playing on the beach, and hanging out in the hammocks. We ate several meals at The Cove, which has fantastic food, drinks, and fun entertainment. Our scuba / snorkeling trip with Scuba Roatan was incredible. We had a fabulous time at Dos Palapas and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Roatan.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Collins. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and amazing views. Ron and Vilma were excellent hosts and quickly responded when we had questions. House staff were excellent. The house is in a great location, close to restaurants and activities. We would highly recommend this house.

Frank was awesome, the location was unbeatable. It’s private and off the main strip so a lot quieter but close enough that you can walk to anything that you want to.

We absolutely loved this place and will 100% stay again when we return to Roatán. The home was exactly as described, perfectly stocked, and the property manager was always responsive and helpful the couple times we needed something. We loved the resort area, pool, and amenities - it was great to be able to walk to everything in town. Great deal for a great place. My only wish list items would be to put solid blinds on the door to the 2nd bedroom, and blinds on the 3rd window in the bedroom, but neither are things that would make us think twice about staying again! 10/10.

The beat thing about this property was the host. Laura did everything for us to have a perfect stay. Small property issues to sort, but Laura went above and beyond. The house is of high standard and very comfortable for two couples. Everything you need is provided for. Located in a exclusive quiet neighbourhood. At the property You have front line ocean views. You can easily walk to West Bay beaches and attractions. The property has a downstairs apartment which is rented as well. We were lucky it was not occupied as we wouldn’t have had the same privacy. The only thing missing was a shaded area outside. Fantastic stay overall.
