This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Sea Gate - Main Entrance is one kilometer from the accommodation, while Kamelija Shopping Centre is 1.1 km away. New Aquarium Boka is 3 min. walk! The nearest airport is Tivat Airport, 5 km from Apartments P&I. This is our guests' favorite part of Kotor, according to independent reviews.

Right in the middle of world heritage of Kotor Old Town, climb 54 steps to this amazing studio with private garden and terrace featuring stunning views onto the rooftops, surrounding mountains and the sea. All walls are exposed stone or rock lovingly restored. The kitchen is well appointed and the decor is modern, light and comfortable. Old meets new.

A cozy interior features exposed brick walls and wooden beams, enhancing the rustic charm. A soft sofa and a pink chair are positioned by a window adorned with sheer curtains, allowing natural light to brighten the space. A guitar rests against the wall, adding a musical touch.

Cute apartment with the sea view and private beach that is used by my family and our Airbnb guests. Cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning, laundry room, parking etc. Please note: the lounge chairs and terraces are for exclusive use for our guests, but we cannot forbid anyone to be on pier or rock part of the beach!
