This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity I could’ve hoped for. From the super comfortable bed to the well-stocked kitchen, every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect — quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I honestly didn’t want to leave! I’d 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. Loved this place and so happy we found this. The pool and outside shower were amazing. Most of all Linni and Trent were very helpful with giving us suggestions on where to go tour. They made sure we were comfortable and made sure we had plenty for breakfast and snacks.

The house was in a perfect location for the events we were going to & close to the river/casino. The house was very clean & comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings enjoying coffee. We had family of five but would accommodate six as well. Host was responsive although we really didn’t need anything during our stay.

Wow, what an awesome hidden gem 💎!! We had the best time and everything was precisely as described!! Patti is an excellent host and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable!! Our daughter and her friends had a wonderful time kayaking down Petite Anse and sunbathing on the deck overlooking the bayou!! I had the best time fishing and soaking up all the scenery of the wildlife and landscape…. My husband said “he was in the clouds” whilst he slept in the very comfy bed downstairs!! Pristinely clean and very well stocked with all amenities!! All the sweet lil extras was a welcome treat!! TY Will definitely be back!! 💯 🙏🙌💖🎣🥂

Our stay was really great! Our family came back home to Houma for Easter weekend and we had a blast! Our family came over for a good ol crawfish boil on Good Friday and We got a small noise complaint due to music but Morgan was super sweet and simply asked us to turn it down! Her home is lovely and conveniently located near everything you’ll need! This was our second stay here and look forward to future visits to the bayou!

This place is extraordinary, and Jeff was the consummate host. He was super-responsive, gave lots of helpful suggestions for things to do and went out of his way to make us feel fully at home with both total privacy and total availability. The home itself is wildly wonderful, exactly like the photos except more expansive inside and outside, with a lot of land. The landscape is gorgeous, and the bayou could not be prettier. I recommend this place for anyone!

Great place to stay for us and our big dog. Did a lot of walking and exploring, looking for wildlife. did a lot of birding - it was awesome. there's a marsh behind the house and a bayou across the road in front. saw some gators and beavers paddling around. we also visited the state park just down the road. nice boardwalk and of course more birding and beavers. Did not get to see black bears. Maybe next time. Had everything we needed. got to watch a storm roll in over the bay. Really enjoyed our stay. Will happily return and highly recommend.

Completely met our needs we did not want to be in the thick of things we wanted to go visit plantations and do some swamp tours. We did drive about 30 minutes to see some things on one day drive into New Orleans at about an hour but I would rather drive 30 miles at 30 minutes in no traffic then 5 miles at 30 minutes in traffic. This location suited our needs..

Mr. George communicates clearly and rapidly with any questions and I’d assume with requests as well however we’ve not had to make any because this place has everything.

We had a great time! It was a perfect bayou scenery and getaway! We brought our canoe (even though they have kayaks as well). We saw alligators and many birds! They had everything we needed plus more! I loved our little welcome treats. It was such a thoughtful touch!

had a great stay here during a recent work trip. The host was very friendly and provided helpful local recommendations, which made settling in easy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had everything I needed—including a washer and dryer, which were super convenient. The location is perfect, with quick access to downtown and plenty of nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
