The space is an actual entire private suite: living room, hallway, bathroom, and bedroom. This space is all yours and NOT shared; it’s separated from my part of the house by two closed/locked doors. Close to our Historic District. Lawrence Park, Atchafalaya River, shopping, and restaurants and dining are just a short walk away

Steph's Cozy Apartment -newly renovated

Our newly renovated apartment has all you need to enjoy a nice trip to south Louisiana. Kitchen and bath is equipped with pots, pans, spices, cutlery, utensils, dishes, and even light breakfast items. Bath has all towels and toiletries available for use. Our apartment is located upstairs above our carport but has its own private entrance along with own air conditioner/heating system. Our place will sleep 5 comfortably. We offer an Ice Machine to help with those fishing trips and local travels.

Cottage Studio Poolhouse in the HEART of HOUMA

The calendar is synced and updated daily. We are in a prime safe location close to the Houma Civic Center. We offer a private space-perfect for a couple's getaway or work trip! There's also a semi private courtyard and pool. The 322 sq.ft studio includes Wifi, a full bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. Enjoy the patio of plants, drink some wine, or simply unwind and relax. This cottage is your home away from home while traveling in the bayou area Children under age of 12 are not allowed.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a half bath. One room has a Queen/Twin bunk bed. One has a daybed with a trundle, allowing beds for 2/3 in each room. The 3rd bedroom is open for storage or an air matress can be used. There's a fish cleaning station and boat slip. Access to Belle River from the canal as well as fishing off the pier. Boat launch within 5 minutes of home.
