Beautiful Lake House with pool and hot tub!

Gorgeous Lake House in the Lochwood subdivision! Featuring 3 bedrooms, suite on main level w/ king sized bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms in the basement w/ queen beds, large living room in basement w/ 2 pull out couches, and twin bunk. The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center,pool table, foosball, pool,and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear Lake and Marina are across the street! Beds for 12 ppl, licensed for 16 ppl, parking for 4-5 cars.

Two master suites and two fireplaces. Restaurants and fun adventures found in Garden City with ATV trails, hiking Logan Canyon, boating, jet skiing, fishing, playing at the lake, or relaxing on the sandy beaches. Pet and kid-friendly. Pet fee of $300 for 1-2 pets. This is a perfect place to make family memories that last!
